My name is Lacy and I became a lash artist in 2016 and a Microblading artist in 2019 and have been in the beauty industry ever since. Over these years I’ve garnered so much knowledge, tips & tricks regarding lashing, Microblading, products, tools , clients and marketing. I’ve also experienced some losses and some wins and everything I have experienced has made me into an amazing mentor and educator to every woman that invests into learning with and from me. I started training and mentoring a couple years ago but one year ago I decided to take it more seriously , to invest a lot more time into educating. Seeing how amazing my girls were doing after training with me made me want to do more on a wider scale. So I did my my research to understand how differently different people learn, because if I was going to teach a group of women at once then I’d have to understand that not everyone learns the same and that I needed to know how to reach each student in their own. We all can be knowledgeable but not everyone knows how to share that knowledge in an effective way, I can say without any hesitation or doubt that I can!

Teaching and helping the girls jumpstart their careers in the beauty industry is a passion I never saw coming. I know I’m got at talking , good at breaking things down but still I never imagine developing such passion for educating & hellping and boy am I good at it! It has made me realize that anything that is done with a sincere & pure desire will always have great end results . I prove that every time I conduct a training because baby the girls LEARN!! The many thanks and affirmations of appreciation they give me afterwards is such a beautiful confirmation.

On day 3 which is our final day my students get to do a hybrid set for the very first time on a live model, this is after learning how to make handmade fans the day before . Here’s how one of my girls did 💫.

All their sets could be fuller, but starting out students are very slow and filling out every natural lash takes an extremely long time so our focus isn’t necessarily fullness, it’s isolation, placement and in this case making descent fans .

They were shown two different volume fan techniques, this way they get to work more on the technique they find easier .

This student had very limited stickies and she styled her models eye shape pretty decently .

Hybrid brows on my beautiful client . Hybrid as I coin it is a combination of two techniques; Microblading strokes & machine shading . This service takes roughly 3hrs to be completed which mostly consists of mapping and numbing time. It is ideal for all skin types and will last on average 4-5yrs.

A perfecting session is required 4-6weeks after and the cost is $20,000.

You guys haven’t left my DM’s one bit over the years asking for me to teach Microblading but knowing me that training manual HAD TO be right, I sat with it for months, putting together, pulling it apart and putting it together again until I was pleased. Your training kits HAD TO be right & came in klutch !

Bare in mind , as it stands ALL my trainings are PRIVATE ONE-ON-ONE trainings. This maximizes full on individual attention and access to your instructor . Classes are any two days of your choice however at least 1week notice should be given so that I can make necessary adjustments for my clients appointments.
