**Job Title:** Customer Experience Specialist

**Company:** Logistics Company

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide customer service support, including but not limited to:

- Updating package status.

- Assisting customers with package tracking and identifying incorrect addresses/missing packages.

- Locating and issuing packages to customers.

- Sorting and packing packages for couriers.

- Educating customers on services offered and promotions.

**Requirements:**
- Ability to work independently and possess basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word documents.

- Demonstrated integrity and willingness to learn.

- Proficient in written and spoken English.

- Excellent problem-solving skills.

- Experience in customer service and logistics companies is a plus.

**Minimum Qualifications:**
- Three CSEC subjects, including English Language.

**Warehouse Attendant Responsibilities:**

- Addressing all customer service queries, including updating package statuses for branches and assisting customers with tracking numbers and shipping procedures.
- Locating and issuing packages to customers and aiding the Package Manager's Office in locating packages for couriers.
- Educating customers on available services and promotions.

**Successful Applicants Must:**

- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and possess basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word documents.
- Exhibit integrity, a willingness to learn, and proficiency in written and spoken English.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

- Completion of three CSEC subjects, including English Language. Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
