Yes world, my official numbers for this year on YouTube have just come through! I have to say a massive thank you to you, the listeners, for rocking with me over the course of 2023 and beyond. I'm super grateful for you all man and still can't believe the reach these mixes have across the globe. In times where I've found music is healing, I'm so pleased I have this platform to share these sounds with you all. More mixes to come in 2024!

I'm also working on an amazing project currently with some talented people, which should hopefully give you all a detailed insight into the world of Raphael. Stay tuned for that one in the future. Spent a lot of time living life and creating memories, while gaining inspiration from a whole heap of different sources. What a journey!

If you know me, you’ll know I’m low-key with it, mostly because I always want the music/art to take centre stage. No filters, no dilution, just pure vibes. Recently though, I’ve been wanting to celebrate my wins more and this is a perfect opportunity to do so.

So thank you to everyone that’s ever listened, commented, DM’d me, supported and shared anything to do with my mixes. I can’t even really describe the global reach I’ve had with the music over the years. At times, it’s even been overwhelming.

Each mix has basically been a diary entry, an insight to what I was feeling at the time of recording. If you listen carefully, you’ll hear narratives as each one has its own story to tell.

I’ve been my own DJ, designer, photographer, PA, booking agent, researcher and editor over the years. It’s a lot but it’s meant the vision I had years ago, always stayed true to what I believed in and what I wanted to say through the mixes.

Thank you to everyone that’s been there from day one when I was uploading mixes after college. To all the new listeners, I appreciate you more than words can say. I’ve been doing this music ting for a while now, it’s in my blood and flows through me everyday which is why I’m so happy to have a platform to share it. I’ve experienced life’s ups and downs to these mixes as much as everyone else has, which is why I always feel there’s a connection to my audience.

I just want to keep enjoying the process, never loosing the love I had for it at the very beginning. Whatever else comes of it, is a bonus. Thank you for listening. Big love 🙏🏽❤️
