Milano Farewell

When we opened Milano Restaurant 35 years ago our mission was to be a local family restaurant serving exceptional Italian food in a space that was focused on offering a warm welcome for anyone to walk through our doors. We believe we’ve lived up to that mission. Today, regretfully, we are getting ready to close those doors as this chapter of our journey comes to an end.

Over the course of more than three decades we were fortunate to have a dedicated team of cooks and servers that made it their daily mission to excel. We were luckier still to witness multiple generations of loyal customers who always came back for the food, the atmosphere and a true sense of belonging.

For reasons beyond our control, we will be closing our physical location at 8 Illiyah Abu Madhi in Shmeisani on September 30th, 2022 and until then, we hope to welcome you all once again for a last supper. But with every ending comes a silver lining and Milano will continue to provide our classic dishes through our delivery service from a virtual kitchen we will be operating.

And no ending is complete without a celebration! We will be hosting a farewell party on October 1st from 5 pm - 9 pm in our outside terrace and hope you can join us.

A very heartfelt thank you from all of us to you for your loyal patronage over the years and we look forward to keep on serving you in the future.
