Aligners have proved to be very effective in treating openbite malocclusion. In this case the patient was complaining of the anterior openbite that caused a difficulty in mastication with the protrusion of upper anterior teeth. Treatment plan included a combination of posterior teeth intrusion supported with mini screws in lower arch with some extrusion for the anterior teeth. Class I canines and an optimal overjet were achieved by the autorotation of the mandible resulting from posterior teeth intrusion.
The case was treated successfully in only 7 months using .
