生産地では様々な精製方法が日々進化しています。そんな斬新で面白い豆を、フィンランドからたくさん持ってきてくれます。
飲んだことのないコーヒーに出会えるかもしれません。どなた様もぜひご参加ください。

フィンランドからの豆を、カーポ氏が抽出してくれます。コーヒー豆販売もございます。

フィンランドのロースターの豆をたくさん並べます。コーヒーの世界を広げてください。

An event featuring our special guest Kaapo Paavolainen, the reigning Finnish Barista Champion and Founder of ONE DAY Coffee & Wine .kp !(no reservations required)

In recent years, new coffee processing methods have emerged in production areas and these continue to evolve day by day. During the event, a lot of innovative and interesting coffees from Finland will be served and you might even discover ones you’ve never tried. Everyone is welcome to join!

Kaapo will serve coffees roasted by ONE DAY and have special beans for sale too.

醤油や味噌にも使われ、私たちにも馴染み深い麹。彼は生豆の精製にその”麹”を使い、WBCに出場しました。
今回は特別に味わえるチャンスです。実際にコーヒーを飲みながら、開発に至ったストーリーを詳しく聞いてみませんか？
他にもフィンランドからの面白い豆をたくさん用意してお待ちしております！

“Do you know about Koji Coffee?”

We are excited to announce and invite you to a special seminar and cupping event on “Koji Coffee” to be led by Kaapo Paavolainen .kp ,the reigning Finnish Barista Champion and co-creator of the coffee process! (*by reservation)

As we know it, koji is widely used in making soy sauce, miso, amazake, and many more. However, Kaapo utilized this to enhance green coffee beans and showcase it in WBC.

This is your chance to enjoy a special experience! Join us and learn the story behind its creation while tasting the actual coffees. On top, we have lots of other interesting beans from Finland that awaits!

Since slots are limited, reservation is required. Please carefully read the information below.
