TIU Impact Hub has successfully arranged a reverse brainstorming session where our members worked on a problem of E-commerce Customer Retention Crisis. They were divided in groups and worked on how to find solutions for a company which faces a steep decline in customer retention. From this activity, our members improved their problem solving skills by creatively worsening a problem, then reversing to find solutions.

TIU impact hub has completed its final meeting for this spring semester. Great work everyone! As for our first semester, we have achieved more than we imagined.
