I’ve been pondering trying to use a planner in 2023 (esp for business stuff), but I’ve got ADHD, and I’ve never been able to stick with one before.

I can’t plan things by the hour, for example. The mere thought is intimidating.

I do use Habitica for habit tracking and to-do lists.

I use my calendar app for appointments and such.

But I don’t have anything for planning in advance, I suppose.

What do my fellow neurodivergents think?

Are planners helpful?

Any tips on how to effectively use one with ADHD?
