Repair, Reuse, Recycle to Reduce Waste!
The programmed obsolescence of electronic equipment generates a lot of pollution throughout the world.
What is programmed obsolescence? It is the common practice of most corporations to design products so that they break quickly, or become obsolete in the short to mid-term.
A simple solution to avoid this is to repair devices or update them with more eco-friendly systems.

In collaboration with Tokyo-IT-Guys, Ekolokal offers you to bring the equipment (laptops, mobile phones, tablets etc.) you want to repair on Sunday the 26th in the afternoon.
Tokyo-IT-Guys will help you to repair them in order to allow you to reuse them and avoid turning them into waste when they can still work.

They can help you and teach you how to:
- Set up your devices in an optimal way
- Install Linux on old computers to give them a new life
- Repair devices if the repair does not require too much time and spare parts

SCHEDULE:
If you have items to repair, please choose a time slot between 1:30PM and 4:30PM.

電子機器のプログラムによる陳腐化は、世界中で多くの公害を発生させています。
プログラム陳腐化とは？多くの企業では、製品がすぐに壊れたり、短中期的に陳腐化したりするように設計することが一般的です。
これを避けるには、機器を修理したり、より環境にやさしいシステムに更新したりすることが簡単な解決策となります。

エコロカールでは、東京ITガイズと共同で、26日（日）の午後に、修理したい機器（ノートパソコン、携帯電話、タブレット端末など）をお持ちいただくことを提案しています。
東京IT-Guysは、まだ使えるのにゴミになるのを防ぎ、再利用できるように修理のお手伝いをします。

東京IT-Guysがお手伝いします。
- 最適な方法でデバイスをセットアップする
- 古いコンピュータにLinuxをインストールし、新しい命を吹き込む。
- 修理にあまり時間とスペアパーツが必要でなければ、デバイスを修理する。

スケジュール:
修理するものがある場合は、午後1時30分から4時30分の間の時間帯を選んでください。

閉店まであとわずかとなりましたが、
最後に新しいドリンクメニュー"ホットチョコレートラテ"をご用意しました！
ココアパウダーにシナモンとメープルシロップで甘みを加えています。
カフェインレスの暖かいドリンクが飲みたい方にぴったりのメニューです。

突然ですが諸般の事情により、
Slow ecolabを閉店することとなりました。

オープンから1年ほど経ち、少しずつ回り始めた私たちのコミュニティ。
今回の決断は非常に難しいものでしたが、
Slow ecolabのオープンしてからというもの、
新たな人との出会い、新しいプロジェクト、素晴らしいコラボレーションが
このスペースをきっかけに始まり、
成長していきました。

運営会社であるEkolokalでは、このコミュニティや紡いだご縁を大切にし、
いつかまたみんなが集まるような活動を企たあ、画していきたいと思っています。

最後の営業日は3月5日（日）となります。
また、4日（土）はDJサヨナラパーティー、
5日（日）はガレージセールに、
音楽とスイーツの一日と、
営業最後の週末に向けて様々なイベントを企画しています。

[抹茶ラテ🍵]

抹茶ラテに使用しているのは、
MATCHA STAND MARUNI MATCHA STAND MARUNI マッチャスタンド] のお抹茶です。

そしてこちらの抹茶の生産者は、
鹿児島にある和香園さん 鹿児島堀口製茶 / 和香園] 。
抹茶は、栽培中の化学農薬は一切使っておらず、
風と水の力で虫を飛ばしています。

ちなみに和香園さんが有機栽培に取り組んでいたところ、
地域全体で有機に取り組む農家が増えたそう。

こちらの抹茶はストレートだけでなく
ラテでも美味しいです。

カフェではオーツミルクとソイミルクが選べます。
特にオーツミルクは抹茶の風味によく合うのでおすすめ🍵🥛

We are currently using the matcha from MATCHA STAND MARUNI MATCHA STAND MARUNI マッチャスタンド] for our Matcha Latte.

The producer of this matcha is Wakohen 鹿児島堀口製茶 / 和香園]
in Kagoshima.
This matcha does not use any chemical pesticides
during cultivation.
The wind and water are used to blow away the insects.

This matcha can be used not only as straight matcha
but also as a latte!

You can try 2 options: soy milk or oats milk.
We recommend oats milk as it matches particularly well
with the matcha flavor 😋🍵🥛

28日(土)は、南大塚のカフェ、slowさんにて野菜の店頭販売を行います。
いつもの通り、収穫してそのまま並べ、新聞紙で包むスタイルです。

今回は、ケールとブロッコリーの交配から生まれたアレッタという野菜を山盛りで持っていく予定です。

その他、店内にてボードゲーム大会も開催予定。
お持ちするのはボードゲームの王様「カタン」と、色んな鳥たちがかわいい「ウイングスパン」

どちらも小学生のお子さんから楽しめるボードゲームです。
1回で1時間くらい掛かっちゃいますけど😂

遊びたーい！
という方が集まればみんなで楽しみましょ。

Stephen Kissickは、
北アイルランド出身のクラフトマンです。
自然から生まれるあらゆるものに魅力を見出し、
特に石、粘土、木などの色、質感、
素材の多様性を生かした作品の
制作に取り組んでいます。
弦楽器職人としてキャリアを始め、
何年もかけてクラフトの複雑さを学び、
現在は粘土に焦点を当てています。
特に窯焚のプロセスや焚き上がりの喜び
といった性質に魅力を感じ、
これを活かした陶芸作品の制作に
取り組んでいます。

[ About Stephen Kissick ]
スティーブンキシック Stephen Kissick 𖠚]]] is a craftsperson from Northern Ireland, drawn to all things that come from nature. The colours, textures and variety of materials especially stone, clay and wood. Starting as a luthier spending years learning the intricacies of the craft he has recently moved focus to that of clay. With a particular interest in wood firing and it’s primitive nature along with its ritual and reward.

こちらのドリンクはフラットホワイト(Flat white)。
ニュージーランドやオーストラリアなどではエスプレッソ系ドリンクで
ミルクを使うドリンクといえば、まずフラットホワイトがメニューに並んでいます。
フラットホワイトはスチームミルクをエスプレッソに入れたもの。
エスプレッソとミルクの割合が1：2と、
ミルクの量がラテよりも少なめになるため、
よりコーヒーの味をしっかりと味わうことができます。
カフェラテほどたっぷりミルク感は要らないけれど、
エスプレッソやドリップだとちょっと重たいor少ない…
でもコーヒーの苦味をしっかり味わいたい！
という方におすすめです。

年明けの店内では、
すでに仕事始めをしている方や
帰省中にお友達と久しぶりの再会を楽しむ方など様々。
あたたかいドリンクで皆様をお待ちしています。

毎月様々なアーティスト作品の展示を行っています。

1月中旬までは、
Joeさん の作品を展示しています。

ジョーさんは、旅の写真と映像制作を専門とするクリエイターです。

YouTubeを中心に視聴者から注目を集めており、
世界中の旅の写真を共有することで、
見ている側の創造的な視野を引き出してくれます。

ジョーさんは広大な都市の中にある
伝統的なものと現代的なものの両者に興味を持っています。
現在、ロンドンに住んでいますが、東京へもよく来られ、
東京にいるときは、カメラを片手に人里離れた自然の中で、
自給自足生活を楽しんでいるそうです。

きっと、違った角度からの東京の姿に
魅了されること間違いありません✨

and have been exhibiting different artists in our cafe every month.

Hot wine, also called mulled wine or spiced wine,
is a traditional drink in Europe
during the cold winter months, especially around Christmas time.

It is made using red wine, along with various spices.

We are using organic and vegan wine
to make ours and use various spices
such as cinnamon, star anise, ginger, nutmeg, citrus, and orange peels.

"塩キャラメルラテ"が登場しました☕️

ミルクの甘みとキャラメルの塩気を同時に感じることができます。
それがたまらなくおいしいです！

普通、キャラメルにはミルクが入っていますが、
うちで使用しているのはヴィーガン対応なので、
どなたでも美味しく食べていただけます！

この塩キャラメルラテ、
日本ではあまり馴染みがないかもしれませんが、
海外ではこの時期とても人気があります。

日本ではまだ見たことがない方、気になっているけど飲んだこのない方など

There is another new item on our drinks menu
: the "Salted caramel Latte" ☕️.

This is a seasonal favorite in North America.
We hadn't seen it yet in Japan,
so we thought it would be nice to offer it!

The caramel syrup and sauce go so well with the pinch of pink salt
which is sprinkled on the top as a final touch.

Usually, caramel has milk, but ours is vegan, so anyone can enjoy it!
