在日インド料理協会（IRAJ)の会員サフラン池袋ではインド人シェフが作る本格北インド料理！
サフラン池袋－インディアン・レストロバーは、ゆったりと落ち着いた空間で、選りすぐりのワインやスピリッツ、カクテルと共に、味にこだわった本格的な北インド料理の数々をお楽しみいただける池袋のオアシスです。
驚くほど香り高い風味と深い味わいのお料理でおもてなしすると共に、世界中の音楽から丹念に選んだワールドミュージックやインドの伝統音楽、ボリウッド映画の最新ビデオなど、皆さまにおくつろぎいただけるよう多数ご用意しております。
料理は各地で経験を積んだインド人の熟練シェフが務めており、2005年～2007年にかけて、ニューデリーのレストランでは元インドの大統領であるアブドゥル・カラム氏に料理を提供する機会もありました。
当店では英語、ヒンドゥー語、ベンガル語、日本語で対応いたします。
