On Wednesday 14th February 2024 to make fun as people celebrated Valentine's Day, Simat Primary School Administration organized for a Fun Day with their pupils. And these were a few recorded events in the fields

When 16-year-old Aminata's father couldn't pay her school fees in Burkina Faso, he started to talk about marrying her off.

Thanks to a UNICEF-supported programme, Aminata has been able to continue her education and plans to become a nurse.

Thanksgiving Ceremony at Simat Primary School today for posting good results for 2020 KCPE.... 71 pupils, 335.73 mean score

Thanksgiving is telling God Thank You Lord Almighty. You are Ebenezer. Look, this is all you have done for me. I asked for good grades and school placement, Lord you kept your promise. I can't thank you enough, but Lord look at my feeble heart and bless me more. The spirit is willing, but the body is weak. Thank you Lord

Today Friday 2nd July 2021, we will be having a Thanksgiving Ceremony at the School Grounds for KCPE 2020/21

Today teachers, BOM and Class 8 and 7 Parents Reps attended a thanks giving retreat, thanks giving and strategy meeting at King Solomon's Garden, Mosoriot. It was a great bonding and team building event

How unique is Kivumbi?
Our class Kivumbi 2020 has been a class of its own. Compared to the other candidate classes of the past years.
Below are the 10 ways that is proving the class' uniqueness:-
1. They were registered as candidates in Oct unlike the usual March.
2. Their indexing was based on the admission register compared to the past when indexing was done through merit in an exam.
3. They are the only class who have been candidates for the longest period (more than 17months / 3calender years) compared to the normal (9 months)
4. The launching of the class events took place when the country was mourning the demise of the former Kenyan president D T Moi and the candidates will also be sitting for their exams when the country is mourning the death of the sitting president J.P. Magufuli of our neighboring country Tanzania.
5. Their prayers' day was attended by the invites only unlike other years when the attendance was not limited.
6. Using a bus instead of trekking to the Mt Sinai for the seclusion prayers made them more unique.
7. Rehearsing on a Fri than the usual Mon is also unique.
8. Sitting for the national exam in March unlike the known Nov.
9. They will be at home for almost 4 months before joining high school.
10. They will join high schools in July.

More uniqueness still coming on the way.....let's keep the faith, it will come to pass.
