30th Graduation Ceremony

Moi University wishes to inform CANDIDATES who qualified for the conferment of various degrees and award of diplomas during the 2013/2014 academic year that the 30th Graduation Ceremony will take place at the Main Campus, Graduation Pavilion on TUESDAY 16TH DECEMBER, 2014.

CONFIRMATION FOR GRADUATION

It is the responsibility of each graduand to confirm his/her examination results, and the accuracy and order of names from their respective Dean’s Offices. Prospective graduands are also advised to clear any fee arrears or charges between 27th and 31st October, 2014. Those who will not have met all the requirements for graduation will not be included in the graduation list.

GRADUATION REHEARSAL

All graduands MUST attend the graduation Rehearsal at the Pavilion on Monday, 15th December, 2014 at 9.00am in full graduation attire.

ACADEMIC DRESS, GRADUATION AND CONVOCATION FEES

Graduands will be issued with graduation gowns at their respective Dean’s Offices on Wednesday 10th and Thursday 11th December, 2014 between 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. All gowns must be returned by 19th December, 2014, and those returned after the deadline shall attract a penalty fee of KSH 500.00 per day.



The graduation fee is as follows:



-Undergraduates and Diploma graduands Kshs. 3500.00;

-Postgraduate Diploma and Masters Ksh 4,000.00 and

-Doctorate Ksh 4500.00

-Convocation fees by all graduands Kshs. 1,000.

Graduation and convocation fees MUST be deposited at Moi University, National Bank of Kenya Account Number: 0102129582000.



PUNCTUALITY

Graduands, their parents, and guests should be seated by 8.00 a.m. Latecomers will not be allowed into the Graduation Pavilion.
