When Life Breaks You

Don’t waste pain. Learn from the difficult experience. Reflect, explore, and ponder, without self-attack or blame. Remember, everybody gets broken. Life will break you. Nobody can protect you from pain.

Don’t blame anybody either. Take responsibility for your life’s setbacks. Owning up your life’s set-backs even if they were not your faults will help you figure out how to approach life differently.

Bitterness, excuses and blame-games are a waste of time. Find the silver lining in your mess. Even if death brushed too near, you were not swallowed up. All things work together for good to them that love God.

In the end, it’ll be alright. Dare trust that God is fully in control. When you win, God wins. So, don’t stay on the ground and accept defeat. When life knocks you down, get up and move forward.

Use every fall as an opportunity to evolve into a wiser human being. Failing is merely proof that you’re trying. If you fear to trip, you can’t walk. We don’t grow by hanging out in our comfort zones.
