In loving memory of Malombe Mutua:

Malombe Mutua, my dear uncle, was not only a family member but also my childhood friend and brother. Together, we shared countless adventures, from hunting 'tusilu' with small bows and arrows to chasing birds with our trusty catapult. Despite his epilepsy, Malombe's spirit remained resilient, though his condition gradually worsened over time, confining him to his bed in his final days.

Throughout his prolonged struggle, I harbored dreams of becoming a doctor, desperate to alleviate his suffering. However, fate had other plans, and Malombe departed before I could fulfill my promise. His last days were filled with pain and anguish, leaving me with profound regret and sorrow.

Malombe endured three decades of suffering, yet he departed without witnessing the relief he deserved. Though I cannot fathom the depths of his final agony, I pray he has found solace and peace beyond this world.

Rest in eternal peace, dear Malombe, your memory will forever live on in my heart.

I will forever rember that 3:49am call I received from grandma Mbula. I hope and pray you have finally found peace.

MOMBASA COUNTY EMPLOYEE ARRESTED
EACC has arrested Tarim Abdul Karim, a Mombasa County Government Employee, who demanded Kes.15,000 from a member of the public as a condition for facilitating the issuance of a permit.

The suspect was arrested on Wednesday and processed at the EACC Lower Coast Regional Office in Mombasa. She will be arraigned upon conclusion of the investigations.

"Nobody gets scandalised if I give my blessings to a businessman who perhaps exploits people, and this is a very grave sin. But they get scandalised if I give them to a homos*xual," Pope Francis said.
