The inside of the tank deserves as much care as the external. We have to build enough scaffolding to cover the whole shell. That reduces time needed to dismantle and erect the scaffolding and ensures the shell is finished in the most efficient manner.

Ongoing blasting at the Khiljil Construction yard for our client Southern Engineering Company. Our team works with great accuracy and speed!
In order to ensure that there are no contaminants or salts on the surface previous to blasting and painting, we make sure to wash the whole surface with fresh water previous to Blasting.

The blasting and painting scope for the the project: conversion of tank 102 into a double-walled tank was subcontracted to Sous Construction by Maten Secomoc Group. The client TOTAL KENYA PLC was quite appeased with the outcome of the project.
Sandblasting of diesel storage unit by certified professionals in order to remove rust and old paint.

Let's talk tanks: here we have one diesel and one water tank that were blasted, prepped and painted by SCKLLP. For both tanks, removal of old paint either by sandblasting or grit blasting was done, followed by the application of anti-corrosion paint. In these cases, it was two coats of Jotun jotamastic 90 and one coat of hardtop XP for finishing.
