Feng Shui dictates that you should always incorporate 5 elements into any space .

I’ll break down these elements as used in the space below.

1.Earth
Earth would mean colors like browns ,yellows and plants .
In our case,the colors on the cushions ,throw blanket depict earth .

2.Metal
Metal can be used on furniture pieces or around the structure of the house.
Colors like white ,gray would bring out the feel of metal.
Objects like crystal ,pyrite,quartz would also represent metal.
In our case ,the curtain rods ,legs of the couch and coffee table base are made of metal.

3.Water
Water can be used to bring balance into the home by either depicting water on art pieces,using colors that imitate water like blue ,turquoise & certain greens or adding water sources such as an aquarium,artificial water fall or fish bowls.
In our case ,water is illustrated on the marble used on the coffee table top.

4.Wood
Wood does not necessarily mean brown ,green also means wood .
Logic is plants are green and they make wood ..
So having greenery is very important as well.
Wood can be added onto spaces in form of furniture pieces ,partitions ,shelves or wall art frames
In our case ,wood is used on the canvas wall art frame and on the furniture (couches)

5.Fire
Fire does not necessarily mean FIRE LITERALLY 😂😂
Fire means lighting ,warmth,illumination.
You can add light by investing in good natural lighting ,chandeliers,pedants and wall brackets.
In our case,our living room ceiling chandlier is our FIRE.

In life generally,these elements make up the space EARTH …

Each element takes up 20% of our living space creating balance ,harmony and tranquility.
