The colour isn't as appealing, but the content is worth every bite! It is an excellent source of calcium, chromium, copper magnesium, phosphorus, pottasium and zinc. Am here to settle put out a fire that was ignited over the which banana is better. The Wakisiis in the forum would just not have it that the red, purple and blue bananas are superior in nutritive value than the yellow.
Yes, the red banana is not only extremely sweet, but has powerful phytochemicals known as anthocyanins. These are powerful in suppressing the growth of cancer cells in the body. They fall in the same league as berries.
So now you know. It is well my people, let the yellow bananas rest, there will be another chance to fight again.
