Here's my latest (and hopefully last, for a while) project.

Gus was originally a high k grocery getter from Victoria, and transformed into a tough tourer and half decent offroader.

Car was a long distance build, with all the work being done in Tassie.

Quiet a few buisiness helped me out with this crazy little project

Wholesale Automatic Transmissions supplied my with one of their "Extreme" 4l80s with manual lockup, CompuShift computer and all the adaptor gear to slot it into the engine bay.

Weld Logic Fabrication were kind enough to let me have some shed space so i could drop the motor in myself, and then did some mint fab work building the full custom exhaust, rear bar with carrier, modified the auto sump, installed the rear winch, and modified the long range tank to clear the winch.

NQ Crash supplied me with all sorts of goodies, all lighting (their Just 4wd lights) starter, alternator,power steer pump, thermo fans, and any second hand gear that i needed

Moonlight Custom Fabrication & Welding supplied the awesome airbox, which uses a flat panel duramax filter and polished snorkel (possibly the ho****st snorkel ive ever seen)

MAXIT 4x4 supplied the massive long range tank, all the way from WA!

Weipa Auto & Marine suppliied me with UHF and other random electrics that i needed

4WDSupacentre.com.au supplied RAW 4x4 Australia suspension, drawers and winches

Preston Motors Surplus Parts Warehouse supplied the LSA, wiring loom, computer and pedal box

AutoCraft for supplying the 105 in all its original glory!

Guy Harrington supplied the Chassis plates to strengthen around the steering box and panhard mount, a very good idea once you start to mod the ol 105s!

ARB Hobart helped me out with lockers, lights for the front bar and cargo barrier, hit these guys up for just about any 4wd goodies!

The hardest part of this build was the fact that I had very limited time to get it all done, as I could only work on it whilst i was on "holidays" down from Cape York. All in all it came together pretty well and most things went to plan.
