Psalms126
1When the Lord turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream.
2 Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The Lord hath done great things for them.
3 The Lord hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad.
4 Turn again our captivity, O Lord, as the streams in the south.
5 They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.
6 He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.
The problem is My people, not God.
The distance between a defeat and a place of victory and satisfaction is listening to God, following God and walking in His path. The training you need now is one of hearing God.
Psalms 81:13-16
Oh, that my people would listen to me!
Oh, that Israel would follow me, walking in my paths!
How quickly I would then subdue their enemies!
How soon my hands would be upon their foes!
Those who hate the LORD would cringe before him;
they would be doomed forever.
But I would feed you with the finest wheat.
I would satisfy you with wild honey from the rock.”

Motivation Monday
There is power in small beginnings and gradual growth. First, you don't paralyze thinking about complex processes in small beginnings, second ; the resources needed are not so much( human , material...) . Seeing small accomplishments is also a great way of keeping ourselves motivated. (Book -100 ways of motivating yourself). So begin small, begin now. Make small strides, they will finally become great achievements
Though your beginning was small, yet thy latter end should greatly increase.
Job 8:7 .
Financial Freedom Friday
This is a huge desired destination that we all want to arrive at.
So what is financial freedom? It is a place of no longer being dictated to by circumstances in regards to your finances. In simpler words, it is that day that you will wake up and not have to do what you don't wanna do because you need money.
When all your passive income is able to take care of all your needs...then you'll have arrived.
( As you decide this figure, consider factors like inflation, increasing cost of living and reliability of the steam of income)
Some are lucky, to have found themselves there by birth or fortune. The rest have to figure out how to get there. It is this journey that we will be focusing on every Friday
I wish you financial freedom 💖
Thanksgiving Thursday
Psalm 95:1-5 (NKJV)
Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving; let us shout joyfully to Him with psalms. For the LORD is the great God, and the great King above all gods. In His hand are the deep places of the earth' the heights of the hills are His also.
I have so much to be Thankful for. I Thank God for the sensitivity to be Thankful. I praise God for blessings without measure. I am in awe of His goodness. Thank you Lord for the gift of your son Jesus. Thank you Jesus for dieing on the cross for my sins. Thank you Lord for blessings all around that you have given me without a charge. I Praise You Lord in Thanksgiving for your graciousness.
Finance Friday
A major step towards financial progress is being able to face your reality. What that means is knowing real figures of your various savings, your debts , your net worth, your monthly expenses and so much more. Gather courage to face your reality.
It is knowing that we develop a vision.
Where there is no vision, people cast away restraint.
Do you know your financial position?
Wellness Wednesday

Our physical wellness is God's of interest. He wants us to be healthy . So should we
Transformation Tuesday
It's only a transformed mind that is able to see possibilities where there seems to be none. The patterns of this world say it's going to get worse...but a transformed mind knows windows of opportunity will always come. And that there are always exceptions to the norm . Pursue a transformed mind.
Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

Motivational Monday
If it has to happen, it's up to you.
Sometimes we wait for perfect circumstances or helpers to make things happen. Much as these are important factors, it all begins with us. What is your attitude? what is your belief? what are you doing towards your desired end?
Things move when we move. God moves when we move( and the moving might just be 'unwavering' Faith 'in Him.
Its up to you, no blaming
*"Did you obtain any scholarship in school?"*
One young academically excellent person went to apply for a
managerial position in a big company.
He passed the first interview; the Director did the last
interview, and made the last decision. The Director discovered
from the CV, that the youth's academic achievements were
excellent all the way, from the secondary school until the
postgraduate research, never was there a year he did not score.
The Director asked, "Did you obtain any scholarship in
school?" and the youth answered "None"
The Director asked, “Was it your father who paid for your
school fees?"
The youth answered, “My father passed away when I was
A year old, it was my mother who paid for my school-fees
The Director asked, “Where did your mother work?"
The youth answered, “My mother worked as a cloth-cleaner
The Director requested the youth to show his hands. The youth
showed a pair of hands that were smooth and perfect to the
Director.
The Director asked, “Have you ever helped your mother wash
the clothes before?"
The youth answered, “Never, my mother always wanted me
to study and read more books. Furthermore, my mother can
wash clothes faster than me. ”
The Director said, “I have a request. When you go back today,
go and help to clean your mother's hands, and then see me
tomorrow morning
The youth felt that his chance of landing the job was high.
When he went back, he happily requested his mother to let him
clean her hands. His mother felt strange, happy but mixed
with fear, she showed her hands to the kid.
The youth cleaned his mother's hands slowly, his tears
dropped down as he did that. It was the first time he found his
mother's hands were so wrinkled, and there were so many bruises in
her hands. Some bruises incite pains so strong that his mother
shivered when they were cleaned with water.
This was the first time the youth realized and experienced that
it was this pair of hands that washed the cloths every day to
enable him to pay the school fees. The bruises in the mother'shands were the price that the mother paid for his graduation,
academic excellence and his future.
After finishing the cleaning of his mother's hands, the youth
quietly cleaned all remaining cloths for his mother. That night,
mother and son talked for a very long time.
The next morning, the youth went to the director's office.
The Director noticed the tears in the youth's eye and asked:
“Can you tell what you have done and learnt yesterday in
your house? ”
The youth answered, “I cleaned my mother's hands, and also
finished cleaning all the remaining clothes. ”
The Director asked, “Please tell me your feelings. ”
The youth said:
“Number 1. I know now what appreciation is; without my
mother there would not be a successful me today. ”
“Number 2. By working together with and helping my mother
only, I can now realise how difficult and tough it is to get
something done
“Number 3. I have come to appreciate the importance and
value of family relationships"
The Director said, “This is what I am looking for in my
manager. I want to recruit a person who knows the suffering of
others to get things done, and a person that would not put
money as his only goal in life to be my manager. You are hired.
Later on, this young person worked very hard, and received
the respect of his subordinates. Every employee worked
diligently and as a team. The company's performance improved tremendously.
A child who has been protected and habitually given whatever
he wanted, would develop "entitlement mentality" and would
always put himself first. He would be ignorant of his parent's
efforts. When he starts work, he assumes that every person
must listen to him, and when he becomes a manager, he would
never know the sufferings of his employees and would always
blame others. For these kinds of people, who may be good
academically, may be successful for a while, but eventually
would not feel any sense of achievement. He will grumble and
be full of hatred and fight for more. If we are this kind of
protective parents, are we really showing love or are we
destroying the kid instead?
You can let your kids live in a big house, eat a good meal, learn
piano, watch a big screen TV. But when you are cutting grass,
please let them experience it. After a meal, let them wash their
plates and bowls together with their brothers and sisters. It is
not because you do not have money to hire a maid, but it is
because you want to love them in the right way. You want them
to understand, no matter how rich their parents are, one day
their hair will grow grey, same as the mother of that young
person. The most important thing is your kids learn how to
appreciate the effort, experience the difficulty and learn the
ability to work with others to get things done.

As you grow 🪴 your potential, no one will celebrate you. It's however the consistent growth that will take you to the tables of the great. Keep learning, keep serving, keep transforming. Some day it will pay
Setting boundaries may also mean spending less time with certain people, removing yourself from toxic situations, or declining invites to events that don't improve your life.
Deep down my heart, I know I should be coaching young adults ( between 25-40) on finances.
This is the one area I have wept, sorry...I have wailed😭😭😭😭. I keep on mark-timing, for obvious reasons like...I need to do more research, I need to write a book, I need to make several millions....the list is endless🥲.
I can't sit down and see people make mistakes that I have made...no matter how half baked I feel. Just but a few of those mistakes...
- I have done dubious tender business
- I have bought fraud property
- I have borrowed without a proper investment plan
- I have invested in multiple unreseached opportunities
- I have gotten stuck on what to save, where and how
- I have lived beyond my means😃
This was the school fees I paid to have authority to train and guide😍
That not withstanding,I have also made several brilliant decisions that would be of help when shared. I mean, am back to financial coaching. I have done alot of study and am ready. This is where my heart is and I'll be holding online session monthly by God's grace and my commitment😊.
I have noted with a lot of love 💕 that we need each other to win. Am creating a team/ teams that can help us walk the year together. The prices are discounted to help many of us be part of it. We will have monthly checks on progress that will ensure you are not stuck all year . Am committed to serve you. Give me 👍🏽. I will inbox you.
Self coaching in preparation for new year
I have been sitting for long with self for a candid conversation, the kind I offer to others in a coaching sessions. Here are a few takes that might help you and me do more next year
1. Everything I left to chance as I began the year ...and said, I will figure out, God will show me how and that kind of spiritual talk 😆didn't work. God works with brains
2.Everything I worked on daily, even slightly gave me wonderful results
3. When I lapsed spiritually, I did less...when I kept up spiritually I did more. Human beings are spiritual, connect to your God✅ or god🥹.
4. For all the things that worked without a plan, I was not able to replicate that success . hehehe 😃 I won a gift this year in a random lucky way. The means also justify the end.5. The financial pillar is the make or break of most other goal. You have to have a working plans on this🤑.
6. Not focusing on relationships is selfish... like any other selfishness, it earns you poverty
7. All resolutions without a plan are just wishes, and so shall they be at the end of the year
In three days, we will usher in the last 100 days of 2022. What adjustments can you make to make this a great year?
