8 whole eggs
1 cup of sugar (200 grams)
1 2/3 cups of flour (200 gr)
50g cocoa
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
60 g melted butter

1 can of condensed milk
1 can of evaporated milk
1 can of natural cream
1 can of cow's milk
1/4 cup cocoa
¼ cup of brandy or coffee liqueur

1. Preheated oven at 200°c and blended and refrigerated syrup.

500 g of wheat flour
250 ml of milk
50g butter

12 g fresh yeast
4g of salt

Preparation:
1. In a medium bowl, dissolve the yeast and 10 grams of sugar in warm milk. Rest in a warm place until it begins to ferment.
2. In a large bowl, sift the flour and add the yeast mixture, the eggs, the rest of the sugar and the salt, knead until everything is integrated and a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
3. Add the diced butter at room temperature and knead until a smooth and elastic mixture is obtained, shape into a ball, cover with a clean kitchen towel and rise in a warm place for about 90 minutes or until doubled in size.
4. Divide the dough into pieces of about 50 grams each and give them an oval or "torpedo" shape, distribute on a baking tray and rest covered with a kitchen towel for about 30 minutes.
5. Varnish the buns with egg glaze (1 yolk + 15 ml of milk) and make 2 or 3 transversal cuts with a sharp knife.
6. Turn on and pre-heat the oven to 180°C (356°F) for about 10 minutes.
7. Bake the breads of milk for 20 to 30 minutes until they acquire a dark golden color, remove from the oven and cool on a baking rack.

COCA COLA BREAD 😋
Ingredients:
4 cups of wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 spoon of sugar
7 g dry yeast
250 ml of Coke
3 oil tablespoons
1 egg
Preparation:
1. In a bowl, start by sifting the flour.
2. Add salt and sugar, mix well.
3. Then add the yeast and mix again.
4. Once this is done, add the Coca-Cola and the oil, mix well. When you can't mix with a spoon, use your hands.
5. Pass the dough to the table sprinkled with wheat flour and knead for 10 minutes.
6. Place the dough in the bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise for 1 hour.
7. After that time, divide the dough into 6 equal parts.
8. Open the pieces with a rolling pin, leaving them with 10x30 cm.
9. Now, roll the pieces into a cylindrical shape, closing the end with your fingers.

Ingredients:
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of milk
2 units of egg yolk
1 1/2 tablespoon corn starch
2 boxes of strawberries
1 can of cocoa powder (small)

6 tablespoons refined sugar
300 milliliters of milk
2 units of egg white
1 can of whey-free cream
Mode of preparation Blend condensed milk, milk, egg yolks and 1 tablespoon of starch in a blender. Then, pour this mixture into a pan and place over medium heat (170ºC to 190ºC). Stir until you get a cream, turn onto a platter and let it cool.
Cut the strawberries into cubes.

Ingredients:

140g soft butter
60g powdered sugar

1 beaten egg

5g cornstarch
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 93°C/4°F. fifty.
2. In a medium bowl, beat the soft butter for 1 minute. Add the powdered sugar and beat for 1 more minute. Add vanilla and egg, and beat until fully incorporated.
