And so I have been asking myself if Politics = to Leadership!?? 🤔🤔🤔

LEGITIMATE & FUNDAMENTAL QUESTIONS THAT WE NEED TO DEAL WITH AS A PEOPLE IN REGARDS TO LEADERSHIP:

1) Is leadership about power, position, talent, skill, and authority, some unique physical trait, social status, family heritage or special charisma!?

2) Is leadership a product of birth right or privilege, a result of lots of votes cast on a democratic process?

3) Is leadership a corporate appointment or a reward bestowed after a struggle with competitive force!?

4) Is leadership reserved for just an elite few,chosen by providence and separated from the masses of us normal mortals who struggle for a sense of significance!?

5) Does leadership requires followers!?

6) Is it necessary for a leader to have title!?

7) Is leadership a distinction of superiority, a disposition of advantage and qualities of greatness that separates one from the rest!?

8) Is leadership a manifestation of superior intellect or cognitive capacity!?

9) Is leadership reserved only for specific race or class of people!? reason why we have hustler nation vs dynasty in Kenya

10) Are leaders smarter, wiser, better, greater, more intelligent, more equipped, more skillful, and more charismatic than followers!?

Think about these! these can sound as rhetoric questions, but they are very important questions we need to ask ourselves
