WHO KILLED SAMSON....?
Delilah or the Philistines? None of these options is correct. Permit me to tell you how. Even if there were 10,000 Philistine soldiers, they couldn't have defeated Samson.
Do you know why? Samson's strength was not of this world; it was divine.
As long as no one can defeat GOD, no army could have defeated Samson no matter how strong or how many. Samson was raised a terror for the Philistines. He killed a lion with his bare hands, lifted the gate of a city on his shoulder and walked over 46miles; he killed 300 Philistines soldiers with a jaw bone.
What if he got a spear or sword?
So, who killed Samson? The answer is Samson. Yes! Samson killed himself!
◆A man is his greatest enemy.
◆What an enemy cannot do to a man, he would do to himself.
◆Samson killed himself.
◆He delivered himself to the lap of Delilah and used his own mouth to tell the secret of his power. His life promised so much but delivered so little
The Bible says in Proverbs, Chapter 19 Verse 3: "The foolishness of man perverteth his way: and his heart fretteth against the Lord."
Nobody can ruin your life except you do with your own hands. Although you can blame it on GOD or parents or government, you're the architect of your life; you are your greatest enemy.
Even if your grandparents had done any evil, until you press the trigger it won't explode on your face No Satan or witch has the power to destroy you no matter how much they hate you, you're the only one who can kill yourself by your actions
When the enemies try in vain to kill you, they lie in wait and allow you to kill yourself by your actions. Goliath the champion couldn't hurt David but adultery destroyed his family. The Gentile nations couldn't hurt Moses, but anger killed him.
When King Jeroboam stretched his hand against the prophet, his hand dried up. He couldn't hurt him, but his own disobedience turned him to a prey for a lion. Your greatest enemy isn't outside there, it's in.
STAY BLESSED
Good morning we are glad to have you here. We encourage you to keep moving and never to stop just because you feel defeated. Remember the kingdom of God is for the violent one's who takes it by force.
Be part of change in the society. We should not allow our dear daughters, sisters or even girlfriends to get early pregnancy just because a Boda boda guy wanted s*x in exchange of money for pads. For our dear ladies having periods it's normal don't feel weird about it and also don't allow anyone to period shame you.
During our last month visit to Meru where we had a free mental health counseling and conflict resolutions. We were able to donate sanitary pads to 100 girls who were present during the event. Despite the fact that the ladies are mentally Disturbed everytime they think about periods is not something to take for granted. A number of school dropouts for girls keeps increasing because most of them cannot afford to buy these pads for themselves.
Coming from a vulnerable family where they struggle to get basic needs like food and clothes. Some of them lack basic knowledge about the periods because no one prepared them in advance hence it makes our teens to have so many an answered questions but due to fear of rejections, being a topic of discussion in both school and community they end up not even telling their parents.
We can end this norm if we work together. We are dedicated to take lessons to the communities moreso to the teenagers.
We need more Sanitary Pads and we are sure you can be of a good blessing to them through your kind donation either in cash or through buying the pads. We can organize on pick up.

#2: Make Your Customer Service Irresistible
People want to leave the salon feeling good about themselves. Part of that is how they look: their new hair cut, color, and style, etc.
How they were treated in the salon also plays a big part. Feeling welcome and comfortable in the environment, being pampered, and a certain level of human contact are all important to salon client. To achieve that your salon’s customer service needs to be world-class.
Start with the client experience. By that, we mean the salon’s look and feel – the ambiance, vibe, or feel as they walk in the door and throughout their services. Much of that has to do with decor, lighting, music, scent, and cleanliness. Take a good look at these aspects of your salon. In some cases, consider consulting an interior designer or a salon industry expert to improve your space.
Next, work with your team to ensure that they have the proper training and awareness to contribute to the client experience. It starts with how they present themselves and carries over into how they treat every person who walks in the door.
Put yourself in the client’s shoes and witness the experience for yourself.
Is the client greeted when they walk in the door? Do they have a quick check-in? Are they comfortable while waiting for their service(s)?
In the chair or the treatment room, the client should be the center of attention and feel pampered. During checkout and beyond, the same level of service should continue, with their happiness being the ultimate goal.
#4 – Offer More: New Services & Specialties
Your clients like variety and want to be stimulated with new offerings. To accommodate, take an in-depth look at your current salon offerings. Find ways to make what you have better, but also look into new (and niche) products and services.
Improvements to your existing salon services can mean extending your color line or recognizing the need for texture treatments. It can also translate into having more stylists certified for chemical straightening services, offering hair extension services, or realizing when a service should be discontinued.
One great way to take stock of what your salon offers is a client survey. Ask your clientele what they like most about your salon. Also, take the opportunity to ask what services they’d love to have added and what needs to improve.
Consider asking questions like:
What salon services do you find most valuable?
What services do you wish we offered?
What do you like best about your salon experience?
How can we improve our services?
How can we improve your comfort level while in our care?
Do you like our selection of products and tools?
What else do you wish we carried?
Would you refer us to a friend?
#7 – Invest in Your Team
One significant way to improve your salon business is through education. It’s an investment in your salon and your team.
Stay relevant and keep up on current salon trends, techniques, and processes. You can also look into advanced learning for service providers.
For your reception and management teams, consider business classes and workshops. And don’t forget about your assistants. Try creating a mentoring program to help them learn customer service nuances while they hone their skills.
Regardless of how to make education a priority in your salon, set an example for others by staying relevant yourself. It’s a significant investment in yourself and your team. After all, if you’re done learning, you’re done growing!
As a savvy entrepreneur, you should always be on the lookout for salon business ideas that grow your client base. Consider implementing the tactics above to help improve your salon business.

TIPS TO GROW YOUR FOLLOWING AND BE RELEVANT AS A VLOGGER
1. Collaborate with fellow vloggers to share your content
2. Have a team of your fans that always share your videos, encourage them to share daily
3. Don’t just share links to your YouTube. Make videos available in short clips say 30 sec to 1min so that they can be shared by anyone on other social media platforms. Some people hate clicking links
4. Be part of other trending things- comment in trending topics not only in videos but also text. Let your name be seen everywhere but don’t step into what doesn’t excite you and relate to what you want to grow.
5. To be a darling for everyone who follows you, make them your darlings too. Appreciate them. Like their stuffs, comment, share.
6. Be active always
BEING RELEVANT AS A VLOGGER
1. Focus on the topics that are happening NOW (trending topics). Don’t be too late to do a vlog for a stale trend. People would’ve moved on.
2. Give your fans a reason to look up to your next vlog. For instance, don’t focus on accent alone. What if the accent bores some of your fans? Do you have plan B?
3. Partner with other growing/already popular vloggers in your niche. Some may seem too far to reach, but if you haven’t reached out to them, you might say they won’t bother about you. Give it a try. Reach out.
4. Be on the look out what other vloggers share. What makes them unique? What makes you unique?
Being unique is the best way to brand. You have to give time to content creation. Don’t create content for yourself, create for the public.
This being a customer Service week, we are going to talk about what customer service is all about.
Good customer service is the lifeblood of any business. You can offer promotions and slash prices to bring in as many new customers as you want, but unless you can get some of those customers to come back, your business won't be profitable for long.
Good customer service is all about bringing customers back. And about sending them away happy - happy enough to pass positive feedback about your business along to others, who may then try the product or service you offer for themselves and in their turn become repeat customers.
If you're a good salesperson, you can sell anything to anyone once. But it will be your approach to customer service that determines whether or not you’ll ever be able to sell that person anything else. The essence of good customer service is forming a relationship with customers – a relationship that the individual customer feels that he would like to pursue.
How do you go about forming such a relationship? By remembering the one true secret of good customer service and acting accordingly; "You will be judged by what you do, not what you say."
If you truly want to have good customer service, all you have to do is ensure that your business consistently follows the eight rules following:
01.
Answer Your Phone
The first rule of good customer service is that your business phone needs to be answered. Get call forwarding. Or an answering service. Hire staff if you need to. But make sure that someone is picking up the phone when someone calls your business. (Notice I say "someone". People who call want to talk to a live person, not a fake "recorded robot".) And then read How to Answer the Phone Properly to make sure that customers calling your business are thrilled with the way the phone is answered at your business rather than put off.
02. Don't Make Promises Unless You Will Keep Them.
This may well be the most important of all of these eight rules for good customer service. Not plan to keep the promises you make. Will keep them. Reliability is one of the keys to any good relationship, and good customer service is no exception. If you say to a customer, “Your new bedroom furniture will be delivered on Tuesday”, make sure it is delivered on Tuesday. Otherwise, don't say it. The same rule applies to client appointments, deadlines, etc.. Think before you give any promise and make them carefully - because nothing annoys customers more than a broken promise.
