I recently began offering Yoga classes as some of you requested, and had a successful encounter with one of the clients yesterday. I plan on engaging more people in Yoga for weight loss and general wellness.
Exercise is only a complementary of being fit. The real deal is the food one consumes. Therefore, it is imperative for anyone that wants to loose weight to reduce the amount of food one eats. A good way to do this would be to strictly take three meals a day. No snacking. And that will be the challenge for this week. note: You can also reduce your intake level, if you feel you're about to get full, stop eating and wait for the next meal time. Have a great week ahead 😀

I recently discovered that taking green tea in the evening before your bedtime is more effective than in the morning. It also offers a better possibility of losing weight faster as compared to morning green tea. Has anyone else experienced similar results? What are your thoughts generally on green tea?
Hello guys, today we begin the challenge. Fasting is for 16 hours before our first meal. You can as well take pictures of your current self for a later comparison.

Fasting is the best way to get tighter skin, for the ones that have loose skin, and those on their weight loss journey. That is why intermittent fasting is recommended as a simpler version of fasting. However, as we progress, one should transition to a full fasting process to amass all the benefits. Losing weight can sometimes become frustrating, and may eventually lead to giving up. Being overweight causes things like anxiety, body image issues, binge eating, and an excess amount of fat. We will be going into an intermittent fasting challenge for 10 days on the 15th of this month, to look good before Christmas day. This is going to help one shed off not only the water weight but also some fat, which is basically our goal. However, I would like to point out that intermittent fasting without the required discipline even when eating is useless. As for that, we are also offering a guide for the 10 days that will help you maximize your intermittent fasting period. The guide will be offered at only $10 so that everyone is able to access it. Intermittent fasting
Intermittent fasting can be referred to as a timed eating period. This means that one eats based on the selected time, as opposed to convenience and boredom among other reasons. The most common types of intermittent fasting include the 16:8 fast, and 20:4 fast. The former entails fasting for 16 hours and eating for 8 hours, while the latter is a 2
hour fasting period and a 4 hour eating period. The fasting period is inclusive of the sleeping hours, which makes the fast even easier. The 16:8 fasting period is recommended for beginners, as it is the easiest, and still offers the coveted benefits.
Why should you do intermittent fasting?
1. Aids in weight loss, which is the main goal if one is obese or overweight.
2. It protects against type 2 diabetes through insulin resistance.
3. Promotes longevity. (Overt time, one stops constantly thinking about food and adapts to the new lifestyle change.
4. It encourages cellular repair. (Cellular repair encourages better and younger-looking skin).
5. Increases energy levels over time.
If these benefits don't appeal to you, then i don't know what does.
