This is Manuel Uribe. One of the heaviest/fattest men that ever lived! At his peak he weighed in at 597Kgs!!! Yes, kilograms and not pounds! In order to attain this weight, he consisted of a diet of pizzas and burgers. As big as he was he didn't suffer from cancer, diabetes or any heart related diseases. However, on 26th of May, 2014, he died. The cause of death was liver failure.

Day 10: MEAL PLANNING
Don't forget to have something warm at your meals.
It is important to take something warm into the stomach every morning.
When you eat cold food vitality must be drawn from the system to warm the food until it becomes of the same temperature as the stomach before the work of digestion can be carried on.
Also, food should not be eaten very hot or cold. If food is COLD, the vital force of the stomach drawn upon in order to warm it before digestion can take place.
Day 9: MEAL PLANNING
Ask for Divine Aid in preparing your meals.
KNOWLEDGE in regard to proper food combinations is GREAT WORTH, and is to be RECEIVED as wisdom from God.

Take a walk to help digestion
Exercise is important to digestion and to a healthy condition of body and mind.
Neither study NOR violent exercise should be engaged in IMMEDIATELY AFTER A FULL MEAL. IMMEDIATELY AFTER EATING THERE IS A STRONG DRAFT UPON THE NERVOUS ENERGY.
To engage in violent exercise immediately after eating hinders the digestive process.
But a short walk after a meal, with the head erect and the shoulders back, exercising moderately, is a great benefit.
Day 7: MEAL PLANNING
Atmosphere must be relaxed and enjoying.
When one is excited, anxious, or hurried, it is better not to eat until rest or relief is found.
At meal time cast off care and anxious thought. Do not feel hurried, but eat slowly and with cheerfulness, with your heart filled with gratitude to God for all His blessings.
