Diaspora Property Link (K) Limited was incorporated in 2015 by a group of diaspora investors some of whom have returned to Kenya while others are residents in the US with investments across East Africa. The desire to form the company was motivated by the need by Africans living in the diaspora to identify and make the most of investment opportunities back home in partnership with Local financial i
nstitutions, property developers, consulting firms and other related market intermediaries. Notably, many Africans living in the diaspora have relied on friends and relatives to invest on their behalf; an approach that has at times led to loss of hard-earned money and tainted relationships. Diaspora Link was set up to offer professionally managed investment solutions for Africans in the diaspora.
