🔥🔥 Fire incidents are often unexpected and can occur without warning, catching many off-guard. The impact of a fire incident on one's life is profound and far-reaching. It is not merely the loss of property that inflicts harm but also the emotional and psychological toll that follows. The sense of safety and security is shattered in an instant. Personal belongings often irreplaceable, are reduced to ashes, leaving behind a void filled with grief and loss.

🙏🙏 In line with our organizational values: We are Responsive, We Value People, and We are Partners, we demonstrated unwavering support to one of our client who faced a devastating fire incident in Nyahururu -Laikipia County. This tragic fire incident engulfed the home of one of our valued clients, reducing their house and business to ashes. The client, suffered significant losses, including personal belongings and essential documents.

✍️✍️ Our Response Upon learning of the incident, VisionFund Kenya moved into action, guided by our core values:
We Are Responsive: Immediately, we established a dedicated team to assess the client's situation and needs.

💯💯 We Value People: Understanding the emotional and financial toll such an event can take, we offered counseling services and financial assistance to help the client begin rebuilding their life. We prioritized the client’s well-being and recovery, ensuring they

Honored Visit by Jean Baptiste K. (JBK) to Kenya!
👉 👉 This week, we had the privilege of having Jean Baptiste K. (JBK), Chief Field Operations Officer at , in Kenya.
✍ ✍ During his visit, JBK had a joint trip to USAID - US Agency for International Development's Tumikia Mtoto’s Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) program in Mathare, where he was accompanied by: Reuben Mwaura, of VisionFund Kenya, Lilian Dodzo, , and Gilbert Kamanga, of World Vision Kenya.
🙏 🙏 There were heartfelt testimonials from the beneficiaries which were truly inspiring, highlighting the transformative impact of this initiative on their lives. The visitors were also impressed by the incredible merchandise crafted by OVC caregivers, showcasing their resilience and creativity.
🙌 🙌 Additionally, there was another joint visit between VisionFund Kenya and World Vision Kenya in Kalawa AP to learn about integration and insurance operations. During this visit, JBK met Dorothy, a VisionFund Kenya beneficiary who has benefited from various loans, including Water, Sanitation& Hygiene (WASH), Education, Dairy, and Business loans. She is a happy and satisfied client who even decided to name a cow she purchased from our Dairy Loan product "Vision" 🤩
