Today we set off from Nairobi CBD at 5:30 am and drive down to the lake side beautiful town of Mbita at the shores of Lake Victoria. We'll be driving through different counties with beautiful sceneries with an expected arrival at our campsite in time to catch the sun set on the beautiful lake.

DAY 2: TAKAWIRI ISLAND AND RUSINGA ISLAND
Today we start off our day at 7:30 am, after breakfast we board our boat to the beautiful Takawiri Island.
Return to Victoria Sands Lodge for lunch before proceeding to Rusinga Island to visit the late Tom Mboya Mausoleum for some history about the great luo leader.
At night, we celebrate our 5 years in traveling and creating memories.
