We are an employee-owned young Kenyan construction company dedicated to "generation for development and Creating Loyal Customers" by providing the best construction value. We continually endeavour to provide excellent, reliable construction service and to deliver quality work within the budget and schedule constraints of our construction clients.

Empibic's Facilities Management Solutions (FMS) offers a suite of services that assist in achieving optimal building life cycle performance. Services include: Facility Forecasting and Planning Study, Commissioning, Facility Preparation, Transition to Stable Operation and Optimized Facility Operations & Maintenance.

These collaborative and integrated facilities management solutions are provided before, during and after construction. The alignment of these services complements and improves the traditional approach to building. While focusing on minimizing long term operating costs and learning curve and start-up obstacles, our team can maximize building efficiency and performance. We understand that each facility is unique and demands vary, therefore, we tailor these services to your specific needs. Empibic Facilities Management Solutions has a unique ability to understand the long-term requirements of your new facility. There is a common misconception that the greatest cost is incurred in the initial construction. The reality is, over the life cycle of the facility, the total cost to operate, maintain and repair a facility can be 8- to 20-times the initial building cost. Commissioning

Empibic Facilities Management Solutions recognizes Commissioning as a quality-focused process that enhances the delivery of a project. The process focuses upon verifying the documenting that the facility and all of its systems and assemblies are planned, designed, installed, tested, operated and maintained to meet the owner’s project requirement.

Management of the Construction Site

We have qualified, trained and experienced Project managers focus on any given construction work in liaison with our head office. The managers facilitate all issues ensuring the construction project well managed and completed on time.
