COMPUTER REPAIR SERVICES

Virus/Spyware Detection and Removal
We will run software to detect and remove unwanted viruses and spyware and install all of the Windows critical updates. We will also recommend virus and spyware software to ward off future attacks (If needed).
We will install Internet Security (1 year license) software to ensure that even the newest viruses, Trojans, spyware and worms won’t get into your computer and destroy files, slow down or even disable your computer. We will even setup the automatic update feature so your software will be up to date. Anti-Virus and Spyware software included. AVG Internet Security features anti-virus, anti-spyware, firewall, anti-rootkit, anti-spam, web shield and link scanner.


Computer Diagnostic/Repair Estimate
Is your computer slower than ever? Does it take 5 minutes to start Windows? Does it crash? Does it lockup? Does some software not work? Is your internet connection slow? Not sure what the problem is? We will test all the hardware and software on your computer and tell you what is wrong with your PC. what the problem is and fix it. We will also install any critical updates, perform optimization for faster computer speed and better performance. We will then put together an estimate for the cost of fixing your computer.

Hardware Installation
We can install all hardware devices that connect to the inside of your PC. We will install all software and drivers to make sure the device is running properly. These devices include graphics cards, sound cards, hard drives, optical drives and memory upgrades. (Hardware not included)

We can install all peripheral devices and bundled software that connect to your PC through external interfaces such as USB or Firewire. These devices include printers, scanners, digital cameras, mobile phones and gaming devices.

Your computer is like a car, it needs constant care to run smoothly. Dust is your computers worst enemy and can take years off the life of the components inside. We will come and clean all dust and debris from inside your computer case, fans and drives while making sure all components connections are debris free.

Buying a new computer? We will come to your place and setup your computer staying as long as it takes to get the system running the way that you want it to. We will install your printer, scanner and get you connected to the internet (ADSL service and line activation required).

Software Installation
We will come to your place and install the version of Windows 10,Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows Vista or Windows XP that you have purchased. We will install all critical updates, all device drivers and configure your software to your needs and make sure your new installation is running properly.

A technician will backup your data off of your computer, scan that data to remove any viruses or spyware, We will then put all of your data back on your new Windows installation.

Data Recovery
Can Windows not longer see your hard drive? Accidently deleted an important file or folder? If you recently deleted or formatted data from a working hard drive we may be able to get your data back. We will come to your place and try to recover your data, if we are unsuccessful, we will take your drive back to our offices to use our special equipment to try to recover your data. If we can’t get the data back, you only pay Kshs.500 for the visit.

Forgot your Windows password? Forgot the password to a Word document? We can recover any passwords that are stored on your computer.


Data Backup
Save secure copies of your computer's files in case of a severe crash. We’ll copy up to 20 GB of your important data to external hard drive. Unlimited data backup is also available.

We will setup your computer to automatically backup your important data using an external hard drive (extra internal or external hard drive not included in the price). We will connect the hard drive to your computer, install software and drivers. We will then make a first backup of all your important files and configure your computer to automatically backup your files at set times.

If you bought a new high capacity a new computer or hard drive, and need to move your files, Outlook email and contacts to your new computer. We move all your files and settings. We will even re-install your programs we can make an exact copy of your old hard disk on your new hard disk and your computer will run as it did before, but with a lot more hard disk space.




Internet Connection Setup/Internet Connection Troubleshooting (both LAN and Wireless)

We alias with other ISPs to give you the best internet that suits your company, We will install your modem, update the firmware and configure your wired Ethernet adapter. We will also setup one email account and show you how to use it.


Lan/Wireless Network
Would you like to share your internet connection, printer and share files with all the computers in your home or office ,We come and setup a local area network or a wireless network and configure computers to work on it. For wireless we setup an encryption on your router to make your network secure. (WiFi hardware not included: Hardware can be purchased through us or any other retailer)

If you are having troubles with your wireless network? Our technicians will diagnose and fix any connection issues with your computers, internet connection sharing or printer sharing.
