OUR STORY

A few years ago, one of our directors had a fault with his monitor. He had really struggled to buy it and so he thought it wise to seek help. After hours of going around town, he came across a few shops that promised to repair it. His instincts kept bothering him due to the location of the shops and also the way the technicians explained what the problem seemed to be.

The monitor was declared dead by each technician who touched it after days of taking it from one technician to the next. Being an engineering student, curiosity led him to do research online. The monitor was up and running within a few days.

This sparked an idea within him that he could start a repair business that would help people have their faulty gadgets repaired. This would be done in a keen and precise manner to make sure that no gadget was labelled as dead while it had some life in it. Thus, his words “Phones don’t die, they only break.”
