I had so much fun voicing the Hormone monstress Nichi AND working with Nyokabi Macharia who voiced Sharon! We had a whole scene to ourselves mahhnn!!! Mad mad fun! You can only imagine ile ujinga tulifanya studio especially considering the language and themes in that show🤣🤣🤣🤣.

This is the cool bit about all this though; at the end of our school year, this is August next year, will have produced 4 short films and a play.

Yes I was getting my make up done!!😂

My first time on set and this made me reflect on my journey.

I remember my first audition 😂😂I cringe to date, my ooh my wasn’t a girl scared, shy, lost you name it, I felt it.

Then came and talking about an actors tool kit in the first class. My kit was empty literally 🙄🙄 but it’s been almost an year now and I can tell you for sure it’s almost full and the exciting thing is that I’m already using my tools.

And guess what??? This tool kit has gotten me on set. Join me and find the hidden gems at

Manze tangu I joined Talent Studio ni lahaaa ndani ya loooo  ❤, my craft has not only grown imezaa hadi matunda iite Passion .Kijana has had a chance to rub shoulders with who is who in the industry and let me tell you Maina I am amongst the who's 😝.With constant appreciations from colleagues of how my art has grown is what and strive at achieving, helping us gain a deeper understanding of all art entails. Sahi baby boy ako tayari yani ako Set aki do what he's ment to do best, na wacha niku show nanii, pale rûkûngû ana wa onyesha tu dust 😉😆.One of the best investments I have done so far in life is joining the first cohort ju vile hizi milango zina funguka na ona nikitoa ata izo hinges, kupenya kupenya alaaa kwani ni kesho.

The second semester was all about theatre. I was particularly keen on how plays look like behind the barricades-for-walls. I got the opportunity to do some shadow work on the staged-play "Graveyard Queens" . Being Crew on this was particularly special, it is not everyday you get to see and creating magic on full throttle

For the 1st Cohort over @ theTalentStudio (the OGs)  the semester ended on 02/09/23. Unfortunately I missed that class, no, not without due reason. This particular Saturday found me on set somewhere on the Leeward side of Mr Kenya, 📍Nanyuki.

Fortunately for me this set required I work both as Cast and Crew and I must say that internship came in handy.

Thank you and and a special shout out my classmates, maOGs❤. I can't wait to see what the 2nd cohort have been cooking oooh and YOU as you join our 3rd cohort 🥰
