The VOICE OF THE PEOPLE IS THE VOICE OF GOD.
The People have WON.
GOD BLESS KENYA.
STATEMENT BY H.E. UHURU KENYATTA, C.G.H, FOURTH PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KENYA.
My fellow Kenyans,
I come to you with a heavy heart. Saddened by the loss of lives occasioned by the current situation prevailing in our country. it is the right of every Kenyan to protest as determined as determined by the constitution we all promulgated in 2010. It is also the duty of leader sto listen to those they lead.
At this trying time for our Country I want to remind all leaders that they were elected by the people. Listening to the people is not a choice but a mandate enshrined in the principles of our constitution and in the very basis and philosophy of democracy.
Leaders must know that power and authority they have is donated to them by the people.
I therefore call for calm and for the leadership to show restraint and do the right thing by listening to the people and not be antagonistic to them. Violence on either side is not the answer.
As your former president, I have felt the weight and the difficulty of leading Kenya. I therefore pray for wisdom and civility to be established and for peace and progress to belong to all of us as children of Kenya.
Dear Kenyans, I stand with you and I ask our leadership to embrace dialogue and SPEAK TO THE PEOPLE AND NOT AT THE PEOPLE. I pray for peace and understanding on the part of each and every Kenyan and for all of us to remember that Kenya is bigger than one of us; there is nothing cast in stone that cannot be changed.
God bless Kenya
H.E. Uhuru Kenyatta, C.G.H
4th President of the Republic of Kenya
25 Things About Life I Wish I Had Known 10 Years Ago.
Happy 3rd Birthday Mama yangu.
God works in seasons. He moves people into your life and moves people out. Here’s the key, not everybody can go where God is taking you. The higher you go, the tighter your circle will become and the more selective you have to be. God wants to take you further.
A giant ship's engine broke down and no one could repair it, so they hired a Mechanical Engineer with over 30 years of experience.
He inspected the engine very carefully, from top to bottom. After seeing everything, the engineer unloaded his bag and pulled out a small hammer.
He knocked something gently. Soon, the engine came to life again. The engine has been fixed!
A week later the engineer mentioned to the ship owner that the total cost of repairing the giant ship was $20,000.
"What?!" said the owner. “You did almost nothing. Give us a detailed bill."
The Engineer replied him “The answer is simple:”
Tap with a hammer: $2
Know where to knock and how much to knock: $19,998
The importance of appreciating one's expertise and experience...because those are the results of struggles, experiments and even tears.
If I do a job in 30 minutes it's because I spent 20 years learning how to do that in 30 minutes. You owe me for the years, not the minutes.

If u were in coma today... Who was gonna sit next to your bed until you wake up, when you find the answer you will know where to put your efforts
" One day a scholar went out to sea in a hired boat. He asked the boatman, ' Do you know anything about astronomy? ' ' No.' said the boatman. ' That's a pity,' said the scholar; ' You are missing so much; a quarter of your life is wasted. But, perhaps you know something about physics? ' ' Not a thing, Sir ! ' confessed the boatman. ' Oh, you poor man, two quarters of your life are lost ! ' lamented the scholar; ' But perhaps you know some chemistry ? ' What's that ? ' said the boatman; ' Never heard of it ! ' 'Oh, what ignorance ! ' exclaimed the scholar; three quarters of your life gone to waste ! ' All this time the little boat had been going further and further out o sea, and before long a storm blew up and the waves threatened to engulf them. ' Your Honour,' cried the boatman; ' Do you know how to swim ? ' ' No, I don't.' replied the scholar. ' Well Sir,' exclaimed the boatman; ' That's four quarters of your life gone to waste ! '
Life is an ocean, and in order to navigate in that ocean, some kinds of knowledge are much more useful than others: the kind that can help us to swim, to survive the storms and high seas of life."

ENTREPRENEURIAL TIPS TO HELP YOU GO ABOVE AND BEYOND IN YOUR NEW BUSINESS VENTURE.
There are millions and millions of self-identified entrepreneurs worldwide without even counting those who dream of founding a startup but who haven’t yet. However, not every one of these will be successful, but there are things you can do to help you along your journey.
1. BE A RISK TAKER: Have the mind of an Entrepreneur and investor!
"But even when I am afraid, I keep on trusting you." -Psalm 56:3
If you can measure the RISK, you can measure the RESULTS! Live for the moment, be spontaneous and embrace the day. Never be afraid to fail because you only have to get it right once!
2. NAIL DOWN YOUR IDEA: It's important to make sure that your idea is something that will resonate with people. If it's not, then no amount of marketing or advertising will help you achieve success.
3. FIGURE OUT HOW TO REACH YOUR TARGET MARKET: What platforms do they use? How can you reach them? Which channels are most effective for getting in touch with them?
4. GET SOME INITIAL TRACTION: This can be anything from pre-selling products, offering free content, or giving away freebies in exchange for feedback or data about the potential customer base.
5. START TESTING DIFFERENT WAYS OF REACHING CUSTOMERS: Try different ad campaigns and see what works best for you. What are people responding to? Where do they engage most e.g. FB/IG/LINKEDIN or TWITTER? How can you tailor future campaigns to take advantage of this information?
6. KEEP ITERATING BASED ON RESULTS: Keep testing new methods of reaching customers, and refine your earlier work based on what is working best for you right now.
7. BE PATIENT- We have to take the patient approach with our start-ups. Don’t expect too much too soon. Don’t push too far; set goals, but set boundaries, too. Be patient with your startup, and you’ll quickly see it start growing.
N.B: The most important thing is to have a growth mindset.
SOME SOCIAL RULES THAT MAY HELP YOU:
1. Don’t call someone more than twice continuously. If they don’t pick up your call, presume they have something important to attend to;
2. Return money that you have borrowed even before the person that borrowed you remember or ask for it. It shows your integrity and character. Same goes with umbrellas, pens and lunch boxes.
3. Never order the expensive dish on the menu when someone is giving you a lunch/dinner.
4. Don’t ask awkward questions like ‘Oh so you aren’t married yet?’ Or ‘Don’t you have kids’ or ‘Why didn’t you buy a house?’ Or why don't you buy a car? For God’s sake it isn’t your problem;
5. Always open the door for the person coming behind you. It doesn’t matter if it is a guy or a girl, senior or junior. You don’t grow small by treating someone well in public;
6. If you take a taxi with a friend and he/she pays now, try paying next time;
7. Respect different shades of opinions. Remember what's 6 to you will appear 9 to someone facing you. Besides, second opinion is good for an alternative;
8. Never interrupt people talking. Allow them to pour it out. As they say, hear them all and filter them all;
9. If you tease someone, and they don’t seem to enjoy it, stop it and never do it again. It encourages one to do more and it shows how appreciative you're;
10. Say “thank you” when someone is helping you.
11. Praise publicly. Criticize privately;
12. There’s almost never a reason to comment on someone’s weight. Just say, “You look fantastic.” If they want to talk about losing weight, they will;
13. When someone shows you a photo on their phone, don’t swipe left or right. You never know what’s next;
14. If a colleague tells you they have a doctors' appointment, don’t ask what it’s for, just say "I hope you’re okay". Don’t put them in the uncomfortable position of having to tell you their personal illness. If they want you to know, they'll do so without your inquisitiveness;
15. Treat the cleaner with the same respect as the CEO. Nobody is impressed at how rude you can treat someone below you but people will notice if you treat them with respect;
16. If a person is speaking directly to you, staring at your phone is rude;
17. Never give advice until you’re asked;
18. When meeting someone after a long time, unless they want to talk about it, don’t ask them their age and salary;
19. Mind your business unless anything involves you directly - just stay out of it;
20. Remove your sunglasses if you are talking to anyone in the street. It is a sign of respect. Moreso, eye contact is as important as your speech; and
21. Never talk about your riches in the midst of the poor. Similarly, don't talk about your children in the midst of the barren.
22.After reading a good message try to say "Thanks for the message".
APPRECIATION remains the easiest way of getting what you don't have....
10 THINGS THAT REQUIRE ZERO TALENT
1. PASSION
2. ENERGY
3. EFFORT
4. WORK ETHICS
5. BEING COACHABLE
6. RESPECT
7. BEING PREPARED
8. GOING EXTRA MILE
9. DISCIPLINE
10. ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE
Great Day Ahead.
SOME PEOPLE WERE REMOVED OUT OF YOUR LIFE FOR YOUR PROTECTION, PROGRESS, PROMOTION, PROSPERITY AND THE PROCESS TO BE COMPLETE.
People come into our lives for a REASON, a SEASON or a LIFETIME. Each person that has come to our lives serves a purpose and when you figure out which one it is, you will know what to do for each person.
Life is a journey and there are seasons in it..a season to BUILD and a season to DESTROY. So when people come to our lives they are either helping us build or destroy it!
However, It's never easy to end a relationship or break up with a friend, but sometimes these unhealthy relationships can take a toll on our wellbeing when circumstances change and an individual no longer adds value to our lives.
Success is a PROCESS and you'll realize that the process of elevation requires separation. During this season some people will be removed out of your life for your protection, progress, promotion, prosperity and the process to be complete. These are people in your life that cannot go with you into your new season of INCREASE. So...trust God, separate from them, move forward by faith and LET THEM LOOSE!
REMEMBER:
Sometimes people exit your life because your life is about to move in a new direction. They may not know it, and you may not know it, but their presence isn’t conducive to the upcoming trajectory. Likewise some people enter your life because it’s about to move in a new direction.
LASTLY:
If you can’t BUILD with them, don't CHILL with them! Work with those who value you, value your gifts and dont stay in a relationship that only TOLERATES you rather than CELEBRATES you. You are ANOINTED, ACCEPTED and APPROVED by God!
Great Day Ahead.
Good Evening.

6 LAWS TO WIN IN LIFE..✍️👇
1.Stop telling people your plans
When you over share, you hurt your own progress. Keep things private and win.
2.Know when to say no
Strong people put their own well being before pleasing others. Practice saying no more often.
3. Make a decision, and commit to it
Too many people lack discipline and go back to their toxic patterns. Make a decision to change, and stick to it.
4. There is power in numbers
Nobody has made it in life all by themselves. You need a team that uplifts and supports you. Stop being a lone wolf.
5. Starve your distractions, feed your focus
Focus on your goals instead of
cheap dopamine. You will achieve anything you ever wanted.
6. Always provide value to others
There is only one secret to success: making other people's lives easier. In business and relationships, providing value will keep you their first priority.
NO ONE CARES, JUST WORK HARDER..!
We spend too much of our time worrying about what other people think. Even sadder still, is how much time, money and resources we waste stressing about what normal, average people think. However,
• No one cares about your fears!
• No one cares about your poverty!
• No one cares about your business!
• No one cares about what you wear!
• No one cares about how you feel!
• No one cares about your goals!
• No one cares about your dreams!
• No one cares about your successes!
• No one cares about your family!
• No one cares about your failures!
If you want to worry about somebody caring, care about yourself, work harder on yourself. Worry about what you will think when you do not achieve, improve or better yourself.
Do you realise that most of the people that you tell your problems to, can’t help you and don’t give a damn? The other half are secretly happy that you have problems. Some people do care about you failing because if you do, it makes them feel better about themselves and their sad little lives.
REMEMBER:
Nobody cares about your excuses, nobody! So, shut your mouth and work harder. Nobody cares about your personal circumstances. Nobody gives a s**t about your aches and pains. So, shut your mouth and work harder.
May God give you GRACE and SUCCESS as you persevere, learn, study, sacrifice and most of all, work hard!
Great night to you all.
‘If your phone doesn’t ring when you’re struggling, remember to not pick up the calls when you’re winning.’

There are times when everyone around you is getting married, finding a better job, business booming or buying houses and you feel stuck in one place. They are in their season, don't be jealous about them but celebrate with them. The God who did it for them will do it for you. A mango tree does not worry when the orange tree is producing fruits in it's season.
When you see me sitting in a restaurant without food on my table don't feel pity for me, I am waiting for my order. When your season comes nothing will stand in your way.
