Is this apps za lipa mdogo mdogo genuine (Mkopa Lipa mdogo mdogo smartphones 0104160418 )? asking for someone who deposited 1k yesterday after depositing they started another story that she should pay activation fee of 855 , after she said she doesn't have the money for that coz they didn't let her know that there is any other amount she will deposit, they said they were going to refund the money which until now not refunded and they are not taking any call or to respond anything concerning the cash,are they genuine??
