New year's pose

Strike a pose and enjoy countryside snacks

A celebration for a teammates achievement was in order. 11kg down in a month ain't no mean achievement. Runners, jogger's, walkers, crawlers all dressed and showed up.
All health measures observed.

It was a 30 days running challenge for one Mwendia. And on the 30th and final day 30km was done.
Tizi 360 never disappoints. Supported the course then showered and showed up to celebrate one of their own.
Well done Sarol. 11kg down!!!!!!

The month of May is the Lupus awareness month. In support of our friends and families and all the Lupus heroes, we shall therefore take on the road for a 5km walk in support of lupus awareness.
Tomorrow starting at Nakuru showground

All are welcome. Purple will be the colour of the day.
