Introducing another face behind ASOLA, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Will Bunten Wamaru.
From an early age, Will has been enthusiastic about the outdoors. A boy scout for life, Kenyan Adventurer, Outdoor Educator, International Mountain Guide, Photographer, Naturalist and Safari Guide. Driven by an unparalleled passion for the outdoors and a profound respect for natural and cultural resources alike; Will organizes and leads, unique and unforgettable trips around the globe.
At 9 years, he spent 3 days on a wilderness course with the National Outdoor Leadership School and in the same year attempted to summit Mt Kenya. For the past 6 years, he has worked as a senior instructor at NOLS, leading trips in both Africa and the United States. Will is passionate about giving Kenyan youth greater access to outdoor education and character development through Ubuntu as a core value.
He has a bachelorâs degree in Philosophy and Psychology from the University of Nairobi and is a passionate naturalist.
