I was privileged to represent Tawi Foundation on a 3 day Training about prevention of ALCOHOL & DRUG ABUSE (ADA) curtesy of NACADA.

Today, the TAWI Foundation team visited my office with an appreciation gift for being a member of Friends of Tawi

What a joy to see our young people impact & change lives?

I am proud to be associated with you my people. Many years back, as I mentored your chairman, I did so with lots of passion. Today, I am happy to see him lead an able team in fighting against drugs and substance abuse as you promote mental health and the green economy.

Growth. I desire to leave footprints in every person I come into contact with to create a ripple effect of a better, healthier, happier life.

We keep going.

On 15th Nov, we visited one of our valued Friends of Tawi, Carol Your Health Coach , and gave her a certificate of appreciation for all the help and guidance she gave us for our last event, which was the mental health day walk we held on 10th October. She has been a valued member of our foundation and so, we saw it fit to appreciate her with a certificate of appreciation.

We look forward to more future partnerships with her and the brand as a whole.

Goodmorning Tawians!

10th October is an important day as it is the world mental health day. It's the day we demistify what Mental health really entails and Break down the Stigma that comes with talking about Mental health.

Better Mind, Better Life.

Yesterday, we held a 1.3KM walk to commemorate this day. Together with the Deputy Governor of Nyeri, HE David Mwangi Kinaniri Waroe, who was our Chief Guest of the Day, We marched to mark this important day.

We were also Accompanied by Hon MCAs, NACADA, MTTI students and youths in Mukurweini to celebrate World Mental health day at PCEA hall in Mukurweini central ward, Mukurweini Subcounty.

This walk is among one of the many Mental health initiatives that we have done with regards to mental Health. We have also done Group therapies where we have a forum with the locals and discuss the issues they are facing and in the same forum, formulate workable solutions.

It was overall a successful day, and we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the sponsors who made this possible.

Mental health is Important and Very Key to one's quality of life.

We joined the rest of the world in marking WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY curtesy of our Chief Guest HE Watui Kinaniiri-The Deputy Governor of Nyeri, 3 MCA's, NACADA , Mukurwe-ini Technical Institute, National Governs Officer's & Nyeri county Government.
