I've still got joy in chaos

No greater gift has ever been given, no example of generosity so selfless. No time in human history was ever so important as when the Light of the World entered his own creation. The prophesied and long-hoped-for Messiah came for us, our glorious Prince of Peace, full of grace and truth and bearing the gift of eternal life.

Different parts of Voi experiencing flash flooding after heavy rains last nights. Let's all practice patience and caution even as we move about.

Let's also all come out and help rescue those who are stuck in flooded residential area.

They say walking is mans best medicine. So tody I set out to challenge myself with a 25k Endurance walk from Voi to Mwatate.

Doing this together with Taita Taveta Walk & Fitness Movement was super amazing...

At the end we sat down and shared a meal prepared by the firts lady of Taita Taveta county, Mrs Sabina Mwadime. Thank you mama
