It’s time for racing !

It was tough moment in my life. Recently had big crаsh on my bike, cracked helmet, broken sunglasses. Got a wrist sprain and many more deep wounds. Helmets with Mips system are the best ! Getting back to normal life. Seems like August gonna be interesting month of the year because of !
God is great !!!

We planned to do more spring skiing, but it got too hot so we went to bikepacking, simple. Our route went through old ski base which was built in Soviet time, sometimes 40 years ago it was possible to ski there on glaciers at summer with lifts and even National Soviet ski team been training on this ski base in upper Ala-Archa, history. Our route was: Bishkek-upper Ala-Archa-pass 3920m-south Ala-Archa-western Karakol-Suusamyr-Töö-Ashuu(3600m)-Bishkek. 275km, 5332m verticals. Took 2 days

Ski touring in Upper Jyrgalan, beautiful views were opening from the top. We could see whole Kakshaal-Too mountain range, peak Pobeda(7439m) and Khan-Tengri Peak (7010m) and other massive peaks like Nansen peak

That was my 3rd participation in
•
I traveled, walked and climbed many places in Kyrgyzstan, for last 10 years. But the most hardest thing is micro-climate change of my country. Start was from Karakol city with nice humid climate because of Issyk-Kul lake and after route leads up to high-alpine passes and deserts with high winds and descending down to open valleys full of dust and stuff. On 2nd day I just end up coughing my lungs out on the side of the road with asthma symptoms and couldn't breathe and stand up anymore. Was it fun ? No ! Was it safe? No ! Am I killing myself ? Yes ! None of the race, mountain or trip doesn't cost even little peace of me, so no regrets. Kudos for everyone who was supporting me during the race and sending me good messages!

I will come back next year (2024) stronger, I'll train and ride my bike more, it's even more motivation for me.

Пришло лето, дни стали длиннее, солнце светит все больше давая надежду что не все так плохо как кажется. В данный момент готовлюсь к который стартует 12 августа с города Каракол. В этом году цель гонки "не рвать со старта", опыт получен, осталось только его использовать. За лето ещё будет несколько альпинистских восхождений которые дадут мне полную акклиматизацию для того чтобы брать большие перевaлы на велогонке

11 day climbing trip comes to an end, this time my ski instructor friends from Switzerland🇨🇭, Arosa visited me and ascend kyrgyz mountains. You guys need to bring skis next time 😄 We had beautiful warm rocks in Chunkurchak valley and snowy Ratcek mountains. Learned how to lead climbing, build stations (anchors), climb ice and many funny things. Climbed also "Pishücha" (Пищюха) massive, Uchitel peak 4530m and Ratcek peak 3960m. I wish we could spend some more time, but maybe next time,in Switzerland ! Cheers ! Last year at this moment I've been in Switzerland but this time Switzerland came to me, maybe it's sign 😆🙈
