Sea Festival in Kep this weekend! So why not take time out to come "see" our little festive fair while you are there!

We are warmly inviting you to come and showcase your diverse set of skills to the local Kep community!

Are you a crafter? Artist? Photographer? Potter? Sculptor? Antique collector? Entertainer? Bric-a-brac hoarder? Or do you have another talent you'd like to showcase to the Kep community? Do you have too many personal belongings and you'd like to give them new homes? Maybe you're a green-fingered marvel and have plants or produce you'd like to showcase?

If you answered yes to any of the above, or think you have anything else to offer that you're proud of, we'd like you to message us and book a space for our Samathi Festive Market on the 3rd December 2023. 8am-6pm.

We're just asking for $2.50 to book a space for the day, and ask that all of you bring your own table/bench/chair etc to set up.

We can't guarantee the turnout on the day, but at least we can all socialise and have a swim!

We will also have homemade mince pies and gluhwein on sale to get us into the Christmas spirit 🌲🌲☃️☃️❄️❄️❄️

Reflecting on the sunrise.

We offer just 2 spacious guest rooms in our homestay, both of which have one double bed, ceiling fan, air-con and pool/sea view windows. Maximum 2 adults per room. $50 per night.

Our 12m x 4m outdoor pool is refreshing, especially after 3pm. It has 6 sun loungers, a comfortable corner sofa and table, and 2 large mobile sun-shades, so refuge from the rays can be organised at your convenience.

The Samathi Library, located on the First Floor, through the open corridor, is a great space for reflection, reading, internet surfing or work.

With comfortable seating, table and black and white A4 Laserjet Printer/Scanner, books galore, ceiling fan and aircon, its the place to escape the hubbub of the busy family villa, and focus on tasks or peaceful pastimes whilst sipping and snacking!

Samathi Roof Terrace was designed to provide a cooler outdoor seating/dining area that offers up great panoramic views of the Gulf of Thailand, and of the foothills of Kep National Park, as well as overlooking the Samathi Outdoor Pool. And, near sunset there is a great vista of the local hilltop Temple, Wat Samathi.

Once you've climbed the cantilever steps, you'll be rewarded with a pleasant cooling wind, as at over 3metres above ground level, it always catches the breeze, even on hot, calm days.
