Dear all,

many friends are asking when we are going to open again. Here a small update. Many thanks for the kind messages!
As you know, we were a special startup, as we received the paper works to open just three days before the covid notice and the self-quarantine of Cambodia.

Since when we move in Phnom Penh, the situation get a bit wild as there are officially declared internals cases. We are not in panic but we have fear of course, as the restaurant environment is one of that places where the spread could be very fast. Even keeping the distances, and even keeping super clean, the risk is always there. This especially because many people did not really understand the gravity of the risk and they are not respecting the distances and the basic norms of self-protection in public places!

Definitely, we took the decision to wait to open again until we will be sure to warranty the maximum safety for our Customers, our beloved staff and us. So we move this re-opening date to the new year, when finally we will have vaccine options in the country.

The general situation is not bad as in other country, but considering how difficult is open a restaurant without offer the eat-in service, and how skilled we are in that service, we really prefer to move this re-opening day to 2021 and give us a change to the the good job that we know we can do!

In this long "sleeping period", where we are working by the way very hard to reinforce our knowledge, our cooking skills, and improving the team work, finally bringing in the professional resources needed to warranty the best quality.

We want to wish to all of you to be calm, strong and resilient!
