It is still early days for us as we transform what was previously Rosanna bar into our new venture: the Golden Frog. We took over the bar on September 1st this year and have been quietly expanding our range of drinks, our staff and we are currently in the middle of extensive renovations.
Our goal is simple: to provide a safe, clean and enjoyable atmosphere for our customers from all over the world with a strong emphasis on fair and transparent prices.
We still have a long way to go, but for now an introduction of our froggy mascot and a couple of early iterations of him based loosely on the Looney tunes character, "Michigan J Frog" before settling on the current mascot (and yes we know, frogs usually don't have teeth: but ours does!").
Why the name? Well, we will save that tidbit for another post but for now, the frogs that nearly were..
