In addition, they are also in charge of decorating a wide variety of sweets, such as cakes, pies, tarts, macarons, and other confections.
Requirement:
To be successful with this role, candidate should have qualification from culinary school or equivalent, experience as pastry chef or similar role, ability to work well in a team, knowledge of best practice of hygiene and food safety.

Chef Luu Meng established in 2005 Malis Restaurant with Arnaud Darc, his business partner, based on a passion to see authentic Khmer cooking!

He has also participated in numerous Cambodian and international food and agricultural exhibitions, as well as tourism related activities in order to represent and promote his country. Luu Meng is a big advocate for using local fresh and natural products whenever it is possible in his cuisine and businesses.

For this event that everyone is waiting for, our Cambodian Chef will prepare the Amok fish!
