I want to remind you and point out some important facts to remember about the Keto or Carnivore Diet.
Someone told me today that they are worried about going Keto as they read online that the diet lacks fiber and is "unsustainable" in the long run.
Unsustainable? That's not correct. I've been doing this for nearly 9 years and am healthier than ever at age 53. I know some folks who have been on the diet for more than 25 years - all are super healthy, fit, and motivated never to stop this lifestyle.
Lacking Fiber? Also incorrect. On the Keto Diet, you can eat all vegetables except for Legumes. Plenty of fiber there.
Yet, the truth is that fiber has long since been proven to be a non-essential nutrient and not needed for digestion or good gut health.
The opposite: Most fibrous foods contain anti-nutrients such as lectins and phytons - nature's toxins to stop animals from eating plants.
Why? These toxins can cause leaky gut (celiac disease), which means tiny slug-like bacteria attach to your intestinal wall and drill thousands of holes.
As a result, stool leaks into your bloodstream, causing unbearable pain and fever.
I had leaky gut for many years some 25 years ago, and it was the worst thing I've ever experienced.
The Bottom Line:
The human body does not need or want fiber. It wants meat, animal fat, and other animal products for optimal nutrition, health, strength, and longevity.
The Keto or Carnivore Diets are 100% sustainable forever. Once you transition, eliminate the cravings, and get used to it, you will be healthy and happy forever.

Sugar, Carbs, and also too much Fiber are everything but healthy. In fact, all three can make you sick, overweight, contract several ailments, and lead to premature death by heart attack or stroke.
It's a sad state of affairs that sugar, carbs, and highly processed foods are marketed even pushed on people, by the food industry, professional athletes and singers endorsing them for their financial gain.

In today's story, I once again highlight the importance of detecting diabetes early, treating the root cause by changing your food and lifestyle, instead of taking meds for life!
And don't forget - most medical doctors know next to nothing about nutrition. In medical school, they are taught how to diagnose, prescribe, and operate. Med Schools do not make nutrition courses mandatory, in fact, they don't offer them at all.
They want their newly trained doctors to focus on medicine and the old-school way of treating patients with prescription meds.
After all, that's where the money is! Sad but true!

After 3 weeks, I'm finally settled in and have a great, positive mindset here in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and the for future ahead.
I've been all over the world multiple times in my life as a professional athlete and business man, and so far, I say it again, Chaing Mai is the best place I've found to live a healthy and happy life - at least for me.
Burning season? Well, when it comes, I will deal with that, as I deal with everything. So, please worry not about me!
As promised, I made a short video today where I introduce a few basic workout methods I do by using my body as my gym.

Sugar has broken up more families than Alcohol!
Remember that and therefore cut out all sugars immediately if you want to start living a better life, lose weight, and become healthy again.
Sugar is officially classified as a food by government regulators when in fact it's a drug!
Just goes to show how corrupt all governments worldwide are. It's all about making money and taxes.
Nobody - not the food, pharma, medical, insurance industries, or government "health agencies" give a crap about your health!

Exercise, movement, working out, whatever you want to call it is vital for your cardiovascular and mental health.
However, hitting the gym daily, bulking up, and overtraining is not. It only achieves the opposite - that kind of training slowly ruins your heart and leads to heart disease!

I strongly disagree with this blanket statement as it’s simply inaccurate — it’s merely his view!
There’s no evidence drinking small amounts of wine causes damage to the human body or brain, any diseases, or leads to early death.
The ancient Greeks and Romans drank wine, as do most people in all Mediterranean countries, and they live far healthier and longer lives than the rest of the world’s population.

I've been offline for a few days as I was traveling extensively by land, with buses and trains across Southeast Asia.
It took a while to get to where I am, but I'm happy I did, and I'm also glad I didn't take the easy route and fly.
Traveling by land was at times tough and arduous, but I also learned new things, and it was definitely a trip full of twists, turns, and adventure!
Now I am settled in a new town and country for a while, and I'm back to creating my health, food, life, fitness, and wellness stories.

Welcome to another new week at the end of November.
It's hard to believe that 2023 has almost rolled by already. I remember the beginning of the year as if it were yesterday.
But that's life, and if you keep yourself busy, time flies!
As the Northern Hemisphere is rapidly approaching winter, it's vital to take even better care of your health by means of the food you consume and how you exercise.
The flu season is upon us just like every year, so please don't be scared about that. Instead, take the right steps to build and maintain a robust immune system.
That way you're likely not to get sick, and make it through winter in good health.
Here are a few helpful tips on how to achieve that and a story about something you do NOT want to do for good health!
Build a rock-solid immune system by following these tips:
1. Eat plenty of meat, fish, seafood, eggs, dairy products, and animal fat. In other words, follow a low-carb, high-protein diet!
2. Completely eliminate all forms of sugar from your diet, including fruit, with the exception of berries.
3. Move your body for 30 to 45 minutes daily with low to mid-intensity aerobic exercises, such as walking, swimming, yoga, or mobility training.
4. Do not train with heavy weight lifting like a madman in the gym every day.
5. Limit strength training to two to three 20-minute bodyweight workouts per week with push-ups, planks, squats, and lunges.
6. Spend time outdoors in nature even if it's cold, and expose yourself to the elements.
7. Get plenty of good quality sleep and rest.
8. Finally, relax, ease your mind from all the stress, meditate once or twice a day and enjoy a nice glass of red wine with your dinner!

Going back in history — 2015
In 2015 I had a massive health scare — I had a stroke. Thankfully, it wasn’t a major one, but it was still a stroke. It scared the life out of me.
I couldn’t believe I had a stroke at age 45. Okay, I was overweight but not obese. So how could this be happening to me at such a young age?
But then I took a step back, looked in the mirror, and noted my overall physical and mental health.
My analysis confirmed — it wasn’t good.
My high-carb, low-protein, high-plant, and sugar-based diet got me there.

His goal in this section is to outline how easy it is to lose control of your actions while not understanding the long-term damage you are causing yourself. Damage is hard to repair and takes a lot of effort and time to reconcile.

Rob gives deep insight into how far he pushed himself and that he had to first suffer great pain to grasp, he was making grave mistakes while setting himself up for failure.
He also notes the danger signs and addresses how to handle them, to not wholly ruin oneself.

The first one is about where he lives.
He resides in Cambodia and has learned much about the culture and the people’s suffering under the Khmer Rouge regime.
He highlights how the Khmer people recovered their country and lives from disaster, to prosper again, led by their incredible positive mindsets.
The second one explains that we can all rise and win again, no matter how down and out we may feel.
