Another of my breast augmentation patients. She has had 3 children and was unhappy with her breast shape (loose sagging skin with loss of volume pre-operatively). Shown here post-op. (I can't show the pre-op because of FB restrictions)

Here she is from the side. Compare the right breast projection in the pre and post op 3/4 photos. Her new bust line makes her torso look much slimmer. The profile view (middle photo) shows the same right breast. I feel I chose the best size for this patient (not too big or too small); very curvy from the front (see previous post from the front) yet not too "cantilevered" from the side, an elegant and sexy look at the same time. She does not need to wear a bra if she doesn't choose to (as in the grey top pictures).
