We didn’t realize we were making (great) new memories; we just knew we were having fun. A big thank you to our amazing 9 guests from France and New Zealand for choosing La villa Le Spinoza for their 8-day journey in Siem Reap!

There are so many ways to relax at La villa Le Spinoza, to find inner peace and embrace serenity 🙂

For our 9 special guests who have booked the whole villa for 7 nights during Khmer New Year: our tasty homemade jam with the very first mangoes of our garden, passion fruits, fresh vanilla beans produced locally by Vojtech Fojtych and Organic Kampot Pepper from Confirel.

38°C today, so cold compared to yesterday (39°C to 42°C, according to Cambodia’s Departement of Meteorology and Hydrology). The perfect weather to have a "Choucroute garnie" for lunch, a traditional French dish with fermented cabbage, potatoes and various smoked sausages and meats 🙂

Thank you Sreyphat for helping us to take a step forward in our lettuce crops ! 🙂
