Thai Curry Fish Custard as known as Hor Mok (in Thailand) and we serve together with Amok (Khmer curry fish custard)this is one of popular menu at Thai Fusion House.

For Thai Hor Mok : With its multiple layers, first of Thai basil, then succulent chunks of fish, then a complex-tasting curried fish custard, and finally a coconut cream topping garnished with thinly sliced red pepper and kaffir lime leaves, all stacked in a banana leaf fashioned into a bowl and then steamed.

For Khmer Amok : Mix together the kreung paste with the coconut milk, chili paste, fish sauce, sugar, shrimp paste, salt and egg in a large bowl. Add the fish and combine well with the kreung paste marinade. Set aside and allow the marinade to infuse the fish
