Baked Salmon with Garlic and Rosemary
Ingredients:
1 large salmon fillet (about 250g)
2 tablespoons mustard
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup rosemary, finely chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges, for serving
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
In a small bowl, whisk together mustard, minced garlic, chopped parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread the mustard mixture evenly over the top of the salmon fillet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve with lemon wedges on the side
