Our consultant, Guinness, facilitated a 3-hour workshop with the youth of the city of Incheon, members of three autonomous non-profit Youth Empowerment Centers of the city.
Sponsored by the local government, the workshop aimed to harness 60 youth's thoughts and opinions in drafting each autonomous organization's annual activity plan for more interesting, attractive, and impactful activities.
Facilitation helps make youth's voices heard!

Kicking off a long series of Design Thinking and Action-Learning workshops today with Hyundai Mobis engineers are our four great facilitators and consultants: Kay, Stella, Elin, and Jin!
They will helping the teams with new strategic and practical procedures and reasoning.~

Last week, our facilitators conducted a two-day Values & Behaviors Internalization Workshop with Kia global and local leaders at Kia Vision Square.

Our CEO, Richard KOO CPF, and one of our consultants, Elin, just led and concluded a successful Global Leaders Communication workshop overseas in Poland at the LG Energy Solution branch in Wroclaw. Through the power of facilitation, participants formulated eight consensual ground rules in the mood of eagerly disseminating them over the organization.

For two consecutive days this month, we have led an intensive Capacity-Building Workshop in Organization Development(OD) for managers of KIA Corporation.

Today, the 3rd batch of our Organization Development Academy is pleased to welcome Professor Hong-Seok Oh of Yonsei University Business School for a special "Social Capital" lecture.
Our students are earning new knowledge and perspectives on all aspects of social capital, the paradigm shift from human to social capital, and Group Social Capital.
Before the special lecture, our students first gave short presentations on the definition and history of the concept of Social Capital.
