IT’S THE SHIP is committed to providing our shipmates a unique experience across all of its charters. We aim to bring you the best possible experience right from the get-go. The safety and wellbeing of our shipmates, artists, working team and everyone else involved behind the scenes is definitely our top priority.

As Seoul slowly to recovers and social outlets are starting to open its doors again, the truh is; until a vaccine is available, the safety and wellbeing of our shipmates is ar risk. As hard as it was for us, the decision was made with the best interest of all in mind. We will only sail under the safest circumstances approved by the relevant authorities.

All cabin bookings made before 30th April 2020 will remain valid for the new sailing dates and will be given USD150 onboard credit per cabin booking as an additional benefit. For more details or inquiries, please email us at [email protected]

Expect nothing less but an epic adventure and the best place to connect with some of the most amazing bunch of shipmates that we can ask for. Expect a place you can call home and shipmates you can call family. We can't wait to sail the high seas with you. Until then, please take care and stay home so you can come home. See you in 2021!

오는 4월 30일 오후 2시부터 로 변경된 일정 및 예매 개시일은 추후 다시 공지하겠습니다.

[예매 유지] 기존 예매를 유지하여 추후 변경된 일정으로 참여를 원할 경우
-별도의 취소∙환불 요청 절차가 필요 없으며 아래의 혜택이 적용되어 추후 변경된 일정으로 자동 유지됩니다.
-기존 예매를 유지하는 고객의 경우 $150의 온보드 크레딧을 제공합니다.

[예매 취소∙환불] 기존 예매 티켓을 취소, 환불을 요청할 경우
-예매 시점과 관계 없이, 취소수수료 공제 없이 전액 환불 되며 계약이 자동 철회됩니다.
-취소∙환불은 5월 31일까지 접수해주셔야 합니다.
-변경된 일정으로 티켓을 재 예매할 경우, 추후 판매될 티켓 가격과 갱신된 정책에 따라 새로운 티켓 예매 절차가 필요합니다.

[국내 인터파크를 통한 예매의 경우]
-무통장입금 : 인터파크 티켓 마이페이지를 통해 예매 취소 후 환불 계좌를 직접 입력하시거나, 고객센터 1544-1555 통해 예매 취소가 가능하며, 취소 접수 후 영업일 기준 3일 이내에 환불 처리됩니다.

현재 COVID-19로 인하여 많은 우려가 확산되고 있는 가운데, 잇츠더쉽 코리아 2020의 진행 여부에 대해서도 궁금한 점이 많으실 거라 생각합니다.

지난 몇주간 저희는 쉽메이트 여러분의 안전과 건강을 최우선으로 두고 필요한 사항들을 준비해왔으며, 현재도 코로나 (COVID-19) 사태에 대해서 지속적으로 모니터링 하고 있습니다. 그러나 이러한 상황 가운데 쉽메이트 여러분들의 걱정과 불안을 덜어드리는 것이 현 시점에서 저희가 최우선으로 생각해야하는 부분이라 판단하였습니다.

따라서 기존 쉽메이트 뿐만 아니라 새로운 쉽메이트들도 5월 1일 이전까지 (4월 30일 23시 59분까지) 취소를 원하실 경우, 취소 수수료 없이 예매 취소가 가능함을 알려드립니다. 예매 취소 시에는 각 예매처의 환불 절차에 따라 취소 수수료 없이 전액 환불 처리됩니다.

As we embark on our inaugural IT'S THE SHIP Korea sailing this year, there is a looming uncertainty surrounding the health and safety of the world today

Like many of you, we have spent the last few weeks learning about COVID-19 and have been working to make the necessary adjustments towards ensuring that we have our shipmates well being at top priority.
⠀
We are working hard to bring this incredible adventure to life and can’t wait to share more info about this year’s exciting charter. For peace of mind, we’ve implemented a FULL REFUND with no additional charges for any cabin bookings made before 1 May 2020. Do write to us at [email protected] for any cancellation request.
