These 4 BMW R 45's we made by specific order for the VMC Garage (https://vmc-garage.com/?lang=en) while working back in Europe a couple of years ago. All the modifications we made are identical on the bikes: BMW R 100 fuel tanks fitted, custom frames, mudguards, exhausts, lights, seats and gauges. They turned out beautiful aren't they?

What if…?
After the Hungarian Csepel motorbike factory was closed, 3 ancient shaft driven 125 cc engine prototypes were found in an abandoned warehouse on the Csepel island in Budapest, Hungary. The 3 engines were never installed in bikes, never run, there were also no shaft driven models in the lineup of Csepel so at the time of the find these engines were really unique.

Our project was - using available and compatible parts remaining from the factory - to find out what if the engineers of Csepel would build a bike around these engines, and so we had to create a functional and historically accurate bike. Here are some pictures of the project also a photo of the production bike Csepel 125/T for comparison, what do you think?

Heavy duty nudge bar custom made for Toyota Land Cruiser Prado, fits on 2010 - 2020 models. Made of very thick steel tubes and a reinforced bottom plate with super strong mounting brackets. CO welded and powder coated metallic black, supplied with stainless hexa screws. We also installed the fog lights we got from the customer and the electric wiring system with a fuse and a nice dedicated switch on the dash. We can customize the nudge bars to work with newer models and sensors. Price is 300 USD installed and ready to go. We are making and building our own tools this weekend

Custom made crash bar and top + side luggage racks are ready and handed over to the customer for a KTM 390 DUKE. Premium cold steel materials were employed with appropriate thickness and diameter to withstand loads and impacts. Powder coated in metallic black, all is fixed to the factory original mounting points with stainless bolts. The side racks can easily be dismounted if not needed. The crash bar is reinforced at the connection point and a D10 diameter threaded mounting access was also created for crash balls on both sides. Added different hooking points to the top and side racks as per the customer‘s request.

Made in Laos: custom light bracket for a KTM 690. The rings were turned to size on lathe, cut and welded to the cross bracket. Powder coated metallic black, with fitting rubber pads, held on the front fork by stainless screws on 2 points for easy and fast mount / dismount.

Honda CB 550 cafe racer transformation: we took the original bike (see the photo of the original bike in orange), modified the frame and fuel tank, we built custom exhaust and handle bar, replaced the gauges and modified the lights.

We built a TOMOS 50cc 2t block into a beach cruiser bicycle frame. It became a very fun bike! 35 kg weight, 50 km/h top speed.

A heavily modified Honda NX Dominator. We modified the frame, customized the exhaust pipes, designed new seat, installed custom gauges and lights, and installed new steering.

BM Twin Yamaha xv 250 cc custom motorbike for a British client is now done, shipped and delivered. BM stands for the name initials of the customer. Other than the engine block everything was manufactured by ourselves.

This Harley Davidson was transformed completely according to the needs of the customer. Basic frame modifications, new fuel tank and other optical and functional upgrades were created. The paint job is also custom made, adding further details to the the uniqueness of this bike. What do you think? 😉
